Assassins creed for PC, I had heard that the game is all graphics and not a lot of playability, but I have to say the game is reaaaaally good. The argument has it flaws though..

Assassins Creed got alot of bad reviews for being repetitive and linear... but i absolutely loved the game...

i found assassins creed to be good, but it went nowhere. Same for a lot of games these days. splashy, with nice graphics, but limited in depth.

I just rented Condemned 2, which is grusome and scary as hell. Much, much better than Condemned 1, but it definitely has moments where the game breaks down into repetitive attempts at the same moment that is really just luck in the end.

The forensics is great, though. Adds a well-needed bit of complexity.

Assassins creed is just an example of a game that could have been a masterpiece, but the company rushed it to put it on the market for the money

I'm more of an NHL 08 gamer. I've been playing it a lot recently and love it.

anyone tried Clive Barker's Jericho? Had my doubts, but this shooter is pretty entertaining.

GTA4 bored me to tears. I'm sure there's more to it than I saw in one evening, but as soon as I stole a car, went to dude's house for a mission, looked at the map and started driving, I thought to myself, damn, I've done this over and over before. they didn't change a damn thing.... now I know there must be dpth later on in the game, but I just don't have the patience to get there. snooze fest.

GT5 is super, super sick in HD. end of story.

Sorry, not the latest game I have played, but I just had a flashback to when Lang and I were smashed in Montreal at 5 in the afternoon (Cran-Vodkas and a few bottles of Fin du Monde) playing, "You Don't Know Jack" on the original PS.

I can't even remember the last video game I played. Jesus, it may have been those Tekken tournaments we used to have back in the late 90s in Montreal. Holy shit, I'm old.

i hear you insider, i just felt like i'd done it before a million times. the story is different and the graphics are great, but the gameplay is the same old tired thing. i tried it again last night and only lasted about 20 minutes. i just find it to be repetitive and done with now.

maybe you're right... i guess for me, i havent played a GTA title in years, so i am enjoying myself again... true, its lost its appeal and the novelty isnt what it used to be, but its still fun.
i find this time around, i'm not just walking up to random people in the streets and killing them, or beating on hookers, or just shooting people in the face (like i did years ago playing GTA), this time around i'm playing like a regular dude... obeying the law and just doing missions.
it feels more real and is more satisfying.

With the right settings and updated rosters via sites, 2k8 is the most realistic game I've ever played. Too much fun.

OK, originally I kind of thought games like "Guitar Hero" & "Rock Band" were ghey, but I played "Rock Band" for the first time this past weekend and am fackin' addicted. That game is awesome. I mastered it so quickly that even my wife couldn't resist throwing her panties at me while I was rockin' it out. Fun, fun game especially if your not a musician like myself.

Who needs a simulated rock experience when you experience the real thing on a regular basis.
