i'm sure it will be a HUGE success. all they need to do is have some really good tracks, throw in some good quality equipment, and that game will fly off the shelves.
if they were smart, EA would work something into the game where you could import your favorite MP3's and mix and scratch with your favorite songs... pretty much allow you to make your own personal "mix tape".

It'd be brilliant if "DJ Hero" allowed you to create mixes and manipulate songs, which would set it apart from Guitar Hero. It has the potential to be a much deeper game, and there are definitely a ton of tracks I would love to play around with.

tell me about it...
if the game has that type of 'mix tape' option, i'd definitely buy it... if i could make my very own MP3 mix with my own tracks, i'd be happier than a pig in shit. imagine, my ipod filled with my own mixes!

dammit 'trane, don't be a pooper!!!
i bet you're right, but i can still dream.

but whats the big deal?
there are programs out there on the internet that allow people to mix their own tracks, why wouldnt this game give you that same option?
its pretty much out of EA's hands what you do with your own mix tapes... you are just using the game to create them for you.

you know what insider, you may have a point. giving you the ability to mix tracks is completely fine. hell, there is plenty of software you can use to do that.

I've been an NBA Live guy from 97-06. Then 07 to present I have been a 2K9 guy. I remember when me and my cousin use to play with the Bulls on Sega. I use to launch threes with Steve Kerr.

I've been playing UFC on and off, pretty satisfied with it. Only thing I wish they included was Dana White. I would love to kick the crap out of him!

Just played Prototye.

Very fun game. I assume the novelty will eventually wear off but they made NYC seem absolutely fucking gargantuan in this video game. That and there are literally thousands upon thousands of civilians to slice apart.

Makes for a fun game.
