I`d have to go with Rush, their classic work, especially 2112 was amazing.

I think I've worn out the imaginary grooves on my Seven Samurai DVD.

Rush.....god i've always hated Getty Lee's nasally singing voice.

Not a big fan of many Canadian bands:

Tragically Hip
Glue leg
Moist (when they were together)

Overall Canadian music kinda blows imo.

Shitiest Canadian band ever- Nickelback

I've bowled a few games with these guys. And I have to give them kudos for doing quite a bit with so little, for so long.

I'm surprised no one listed Three Days Grace. Broken Social Scene and Arcade Fire makes my list too along with Groovy Food.

I'd like to mention Saga, my favourite band when I was 9. This performance is from a television broadcast of their concert from Montreal in 1984 which was simulcast on Q107 and was the first thing I ever taped using a VCR. I can't tell you how many times I watched this as a kid. Lap it up, boys and girls, lap it up.
