![]() I kind of want Jeff to mention again how the Zapatera tribe basically imploded the moment that they threw the challenge and got rid of Russell lol... they thought that they were SOOOO smart... and now they'll all be on the jury with no shot to win.

![]() So if Rob takes Phil to the Finals... What do you think he has on Rob that will get him the win. He alluded to it. But i cant think on what it is. Besides the fact phil could have flipped several times and changed the tide of the game but never.

![]() philip actually is much more dangerous, imo, than the girls.... at least he had an active strategy. i think that if he sold it correctly to the jury, they would believe he was just pretending to have been that annoying.

I honestly think that he'd still lose though.... because let's face it... the people on the jury are usually bitter and less than bright. They have no respect at all for someone who "played a great game".... it just goes back to a popularity contest in the end. I hope they prove me wrong though. P.S.... I still can't believe that Rob managed to win that challenge... and that he was such a baby after he did lol. Last edited by TORaptor4Ever; 05-05-2011 at 06:13 PM. |

![]() I just watched the new episode yesterday (pvr'd). Philip is treading a fine line and judging by the preview for next week it looks like he may be in trouble (the showed the brunette snapping and screaming "PSYCHO!!!" at someone which pretty much has to be PHilip). Whether or not it's an act (i suspect it is to an extent) it seems like Philip has taken it too far.
Can i also say how much i HATE the family reunion shows? So bloody annoying seeing people cry about their relatives that they've been away for only a few weeks home because of a voluntary game. GIVE ME BREAK. That's actually a really good idea. The shows producers would be smart to bring in a change like that. |

![]() The remainder of this season will be a bore if it's just a puppet show. They need to smarten up and get Rob out of there. If I was in the jury and Rob was still in the game, he'd definitely get my vote (and I don't even like the guy) for being able to manipulate everyone like that.

Rob is too good at this game. Sheesh it only took him 4 or 5 tries so far to get good at it. |

![]() *sigh*..... I SO wanted to see Ashley get voted out... and the bitch won immunity. AGH!!!
Sucks for Grant.... but he really should have seen this coming. Honestly... why in God's name would he have ever thought that Rob would take him to the end? He'd have probably been a shoe-in to win (Grant) if he made the finals. Rob is still playing a hell of a game. Possibly the best that I've seen. I'd actually LOVE to have seen a "Rob vs. Parvarti" Survivor. She's the only other player I've seen who's been as crafty. |

![]() Ya that was a good episode. I too am suprised just how little Grant thought about actually voting off Rob. I do think Rob regretted his decision a little bit though because the whole redemption island does throw things off a bit. Thing is more and more Rob is starting to make 'enemies' on that jury.
I can't believe the finale is this sunday. it seems like there's still tons of players left. REALLY hope Philip can make it to the end. |

![]() It may bite rob in the arse by bringing in phillip to the end. He is a dark horse in my opinion. At the same time, his "n-word" fiasco was basically witnessed by the whole jury.
Can an arguement be made that the person brought back from redemption didnt have to play the social game. So they dont deserve to be a survivor.? |

Philip even alluded to having some 'strategy' where by he explains that he was acting to a degree... which is a ridiculous notion to even attempt. Like a contestant being annoying and pissing off people on purpose surely insn't going to win some votes when he admits to pissing them of on purpose. hahaha. I personally can't wait to hear his 'explanation.' |

![]() Philip may have been rude or annoying. But i dont think he orchestrated any blind sides.
As well if people give him credit for acting like a bufoon and making it to the finals. This may raise some eyebrows. I say hats off to him. No one in Survivor history has done that, and made it to the finals. |

![]() One thing's for sure.... the next "Redemption Island Challenge" is going to be CRAZY competitive with Matt, Mike and Grant in the mix.
My money's on Mike.... dude just looks unstoppable in challenges. |

![]() I actually enjoyed watching Ashley win the immunity just to mix it up for Rob... not that it really hurts his plan but let's face it, he's making this game look way too easy right now and it's kind of taking the fun out of it. |

![]() So what did everyone think?
Obviously the right person deserved to win. There was just no way in hell that anyone of the other two had a chance given how the game was played and dictated by Rob. And you also have to credit the girl (shit i actually don't remember her name right now. really.) and Philip for making the jury's decision even easier. The girl said pretty much exactly what i expected her to say (social game, aligned with the right person, blah blah), but Philip??! Remember a while back he said how he could convince people in the end with an ace up his sleeve? he made mention about 'playing the villain'... and in the end all he ends up doing is using the same stupid and insanely weak argument that the girl used. Man... what a let down. I was really expecting Philip to attempt something with the possibility of being convincing, but he was truly pathetic. The only thing that bothered me more about last night was how some people personally attacked Philip. I think it was Ashley (?) that basically told Philip she had no questions and only wanted to insult him, all the while saying he 'wasn't allowed to speak back to her. What a fucking classless bitch to do something like that. Then there's that stupid woman with the eyes that are two close together. I don't remember her name.... the firefighter. She was talking all about how everyone should have been ashemed of how they played and how they were all such bad people. Personally i didn't think anyone was particularilly malicious or devious for the majority of this season... oh wait... except for the stupid bitch with the close together eyes who stole someone's personal belongings and burried them. and was part of a ploy to throw a challenge so she could get rid of a player she didn't like.... You gotta love some people. Last edited by fancylad; 05-16-2011 at 07:59 AM. |

![]() Totally masterful of Rob to not just get to the final, but to engineer it so that two people with absolutely no chance are sitting next to him. Incredible.
Also, big props to David for standing up and making sure everyone knew that there is no way in hell anyone should cast a spite vote because they are buttsore that rob beat them. |

![]() Rob was placed into the right tribe. Everyone was totally blind to how manipulative he was. If he was in the Zapatera tribe, I think he would've probably been voted out early just like Russell.
He totally deserved to win. I really don't understand how he pulled it off, it seemed pretty obvious that he had total control of them through out the entire game. |
