Yea I am just fucking around, to be honest, I have never hit a blunt before, I guess it's because I only smoke when I am at school and I just have a bong so I don't have to smoke outside, I know my friends from use blunts most of the time.

You're talking to a guy who's never touched the stuff (or smokes, or alcohol) in his life. I'm pretty happy

In the Obama economy, we got to make a little go a long way. Blunts use a ton of weed.

damn just noticed your from Victoria, BC...all the weed you guys smoke there must be premo. My cousin brought back some Burmese and Afghan from BC after road tripping across Canada. Some of the best stuff I've smoked so far.

And to the old timers on RF, I'll sell some to you guys when it's legalized. Helps with the arthritis.

Found these on another site. When I was a kid I did garden work for a really old guy and one day overheard him talking to his really old friend about when they used to hide weed in match boxes.

Washington State is voting on decriminalizing pot (Initiative 502)

Looks like it won at about 55% Yes to 45 % No

I never thought it would happen.

Does this mean that in Washington people can use it recreationally or would you still need the medicare card? If it's for sale for people of a certain age recreationally, the marijuana business coming back into the US economy could be very interesting if more and more states follow Washington.

Ya I assume it means the "compassion club" stores are going to sell weed to anyone over 21. It sure sounds to me like the whole idea is to get some tax money from weed sales.

Quote:
Part I identifies the goal of the initiative and authorizes the Washington State Liquor Control Board "to regulate and tax marijuana for persons twenty-one years of age and older, and add a new threshold for driving under the influence of marijuana."
Part II establishes various definitions, including one which distinguishes "marijuana" from hemp and other parts of the cannabis plant based on its THC content.
Part III establishes a license system for marijuana producers, processors and retailers. Initial licenses shall be $250 with an annual renewal fee of $1000.
