that sounds delicious.

this year, i decided that we'd spend NYE at home - just me and the woman -and we'd spend the night together in the kitchen cooking, drinking wine and dancing around while listening to music. it actually was very romantic and fun...
we made a 3 course meal:
shrimp with pepper angel hair pasta.
steak diane with roasted potatoes
chocolate mouse

it was a great way to ring in the new year...
i recommend it to anyone who doesnt want to do anything big and just wants a romantic/easy night.
we finished 2 bottles of wine and passed out just after midnight.

I made a chicken tagine that was pretty good. And some Sukiyaki for New Year's Day.

wife and i got a baby recipe cook book over Xmas. The recipes in it sounded really good in general so we made a minestrone soup that was really tasty.

The girlfriend and I made crisp skinned breast of capon with a seared potato pave and gingered carrots, but not before an appetizer of pan roasted chili squid and a roasted tomato vinagrette and olive tapanade.

No -with prunes. I'll keep the lemons in mind. Sounds like a good option.

That's the worst deal on the planet. If you don't eat that pizza within 5 minutes, it's like eating cardboard. Little Ceasar's is easily the worst pizza on this planet.

I'm having Joe Feta's for lunch.

People from from St. Shits will know what I'm talking about.

Actually, it will probably give me the shits and then I will tell everyone about it in the poo thread.

Both, I guess.

But the Grill. I don't know it. And I feel as though I SHOULD know it.

The Grill is the old chef from the Pow Wow.

We're having Joe Feta's at work for free.
