But the garlic mashed from the Keg would give any joint's french fry a run for its money in my book. Only the Keg's garlic mashed though. Princess potatoes are key.

its almost the same thing, its done with a different family of pigs though. So its basically the same thing but of less quality usually. Still great though.

Blue Cheese, Goat's milk cheese, buffalo mozza, boccacini, feta and brie are personal faves of mine.

i love pretty much all cheese. cheddar will always rule for me given it's incredibly broad usefulness and appeal, but the stinky stuff is fantastic too. especially with good port.

oka is also an often-overlooked cheese that is really good.

When I was a kid used to put fresh colby cheese from the Market Square in St. Catharines on an English muffin with peanut butter. I don't know how I feel about that now...it's probably still good.
