What car did you wind up getting? BRZ's sound like they are a lot of fun to drive.

Haven't looked into buying this summer. Might look into it this winter because I booked a trip to the UK for August. A friend of mine said that the BRZ's are quite under powered. Also, I might need a larger vehicle for my job if I plan on moving to a different company.

was out and about on my scooter yesterday when an older gentleman pulled up beside me at a red light...and he was driving this...

looked almost exactly like this pic except his rims were slightly different (his were much nicer imho)

1969 Camaro RS SS 396

he commented on my bike and i asked he would pull over so i could take a closer look...we ended up in a parking lot looking over each other's rides

that car was a fucking beast..he told me he only takes it out a few times a year now when weather conditions are perfect
the interior/exterior was pristine...and the sound...OMG

i've always said that there are only 2 cars that i'd really want to own if i won a lottery...this sexy beast and a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500

i thanked him for stopping..it was a pleasure to view it up close

Pretty sure he said it was an L78 version of the 396...so according to google that means a V8 350 hp
What was really cool was the 3 speed manual

It purred...very loudly

According to google, GM would not allow factory built 427s until demand from dealers (particularly Don Yenko) became too strong
They ended up building what's known as the COPO 427 (Central Office Production Orders)
I believe there were only 1,000 made ???
It came to be known as the legendary Yenko Camaro...if you've got some spare change laying around you can buy one for anywhere between 250-350,000 bones

Edit....only 198 Yenkos made

My car is black and I washed it 3 days ago and it's already completely covered in dust and dirt and looks like it hasn't been washed in 2 months. This is a real pain in the ass especially when you spend almost an hour washing everything.

It's been 12-18 degrees here for the last 2 weeks and it was sunny just about every day.

Ah I'm on the hunt for a 5th gen prelude for around 2,000 bucks. The only ones I found for a good price, either have something wrong with the engine or is an automatic -__-

If your car is over 130000km use semi, if under use synthetic.
