Default A revised version of top 50 NBA players of all time

I just bought the new SLAM magazine and they posted another top 50 players, last one they did was in 2003, but a lot has changed. Duncan had one ring still, Lebron was still Irish and Kobe has yet to be the Lakers MVP.

7. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
8. Tim Duncan

Obviously Larry deserves over Duncan and Kareem IMO.
He wasn't athletic but he was a 25 and 10 guy, plus 6 apg and 1.6 spg for a forward?

kobe = higher

LBJ should still be on the list, over guys like payton and kidd, he has already dominated way more then both imo

Kobe should be higher and it's a crime that Jason Kidd was ranked higher than KG.

I agree, Kobe should be in the 15-20 range. Hakeem should be top 10.

Shaq is way too high. He won his championships in the era where no dominant big man existed.

Hakeem should be in the top 10 easily.

Blasphemy!

MJ is the reason why Barkley, Miller, Stockton and Malone never got rings.

Yea, yea, I've heard it all before... And trust me, he's definitely the #2 guy for me.

But he never scored 100 in a game. And Wilt was just a beast of a man. He had MJ athleticism with Howard's body. And Magic's passing ability. And he averaged 50 points per game one season! Not to mention 25+ rebounds per game for several seasons.

I've read that one of his dunks he called the "Hammer and the Nail." He'd cradle the basketball by his armpit and punch it through the rim with the fist of the other hand. Admittedly, I've never seen him play, but all the stats, commentary, and reports of his game suggest that he was a once in a century type player that we will probably never see again.
