YouTube - Up -- Trailer for Pixar's New Movie

For my son's 8th birthday, he had a choice between having a party at the theatre to see Up in 3D or going to the Blue Jays game...... he chose the movie (mostly because he gets to bring more friends, I think).... i'm expecting it will be great, like all the other Pixar movies.

I watched Pineapple Express last week and it was better than 80% of the movies that came out last year
A movie about stoners actually had a structured story line, more than I can say about other movies

8/10

Up will be a good movie
I don't know how Star Trek, Angels and Demons will be

die falscher (the counterfeiters).

i saw this german film over the weekend. a fantastic movie (true story) about jewish men being held in a concentration camp and used to counterfeit money as part of the german war effort.

Quote:
The Counterfeiters is the true story of the largest counterfeiting operation in history, set up by the Nazis in 1936. Salomon "Sally" Sorowitsch is the king of counterfeiters. He lives a mischievous life of cards, booze, and women in Berlin during the Nazi-era. Suddenly his luck runs dry when arrested by Superintendent Friedrich Herzog. Immediately thrown into the Mauthausen concentration camp, Salomon exhibits exceptional skills there and is soon transferred to the upgraded camp of Sachsenhausen. Upon his arrival, he once again comes face to face with Herzog, who is there on a secret mission. Hand-picked for his unique skill, Salomon and a group of professionals are forced to produce fake foreign currency under the program Operation Bernhard. The team, which also includes detainee Adolf Burger, is given 'luxury' barracks for their assistance. But while Salomon attempts to weaken the economy of Germany's allied opponents, Adolf refuses to use his skills for Nazi profit and would like to do something to stop Operation Bernhard's aid to the war effort. Faced with a moral dilemma, Salomon must decide whether his actions, which could prolong the war and risk the lives of fellow prisoners, are ultimately the right ones

Watched die Falscher in German class this year. Really enjoyed the movie; the summary I had to write in German, not so much.

I can't believe how bad the reviews on rotten tomatoes are for xmen origins, it was like 34% last I saw, and EVERYONE I have talked to thought it was really good.

Probably 8 or so. No biggie.

There are things you should fear far more than parties, bro. Like when you are in the mall and suddenly you can't see them anywhere..... fear that.
