a thrilling, action packed movie starring Liam Neeson. Crazy revenge flick, death sentence left a bad taste in my mouth but this movie brought the revenge genre back for me. Take Bond from Casino Royale and then double the thirst for blood....seriously, watch this flick...coming out in theatres next week but DVD came out a while back in Europe ...basically storyline wise, his daughter goes to Paris for some trip, gets kidnapped, Neeson is a former spy and when he finds out...he does a lil hunting

The fighting sequences in this movie r so sick too...so bourne-ish plus the use of guns too...Who knew Nesson had in it him? I've actually nvr seen any other Nesson movies except for the first starwars but his acting is pretty spot on

Needed some action...got some action

8/10
You watched it online eh? The link on there is in HD too its pretty crazy pre release, I'm tempted but Id rather watch it in theatres it looks like exactly the kinda movie I love. The Professional which was made by the same guys was one of the better movies I've seen,

So does anyone know if the newest James Bond movie worth watching?
If you just wanna watch a pure action movie then yeah, if you want story too then no. Its nowhere near as good as casino royale

Jean Reno in The Professional is just a classic as is Gary Oldman.

Hell, I have a plant in my office named Leon after the film.

Gran Torino (taken, but meh, Taken is a token action flick, fun though)

Gran Torino I watched twice in two days.

Really liked it.

Interested to see what you guys thought of it.

yup. be warned - if you plan on watching it, it can be confusing. it revolves around jackman trying to find the cure to cancer to save his wife (rachel weisz, i'm obsessed) and a book that she is writing on a story about the mayans and the tree of life.....and jackman in space doing some gravity-less yoga. seriously, great movie with amazing cinematography. bring a tissue.

I heard the fountain was a pretty trippy movie...directed by the same guy who made Requien for a Dream and the Wrestler so it must be quality

Finally saw Slumdog Millionaire yesterday. Really good. Some of the dialogue at the end (and that dance number) was cheesy, but apart from that, top stuff. Awesome soundtrack too. 9/10. I'd put it behind Frost/Nixon and ahead of benjamin button and the reader for best picture. Still need to see milk.

Slumdog Millionaire was great, better than the two you mentioned...for me at least.

Ps. The dance was awesome, reminded me of all the Indian movies Iused to see on Sunday afternoons!
