I saw In Bruges recently - 8/10 - enjoyed it a lot. Colin Farrel was great, and I usually hate him and his movies. Boyfriend picked this movie and I had no idea who was starring in it, so (for those of you who have seen it) I was happily surprised by the person who played Harry. Great movie.

BORE-ING.

Seriously, who knew Nazi Germany could be so dull!

I saw Slumdog Millionaire and I found it overrated.

Valkyrie wasn't that bad. It was fine for what it was the political double crossing is pretty accurate.

Saw City of Men: 9/10

Awesome film.

Thank you, that's exactly what I said about Valkyrie also...way too boring. Feel sorry for you about Slumdog Millionaire cause it's an excellent flick, make sure to catch it when you get the chance.

Actually, after the Boston game on sunday i watched Ali. It was pretty good actually. The boxing scenes were kinda weak, but Smith and spefically Jaime Foxx were rather good in it.

It's making me want to watch "When We were Kings" again. Brilliant, brilliant documentary.

I went to go see NOTORIOUS! Better then I expected. The guy who played Biggie was good! I give it a 7.5/10.

I saw 'The Reader' with Kate Winslet and Ralph Fiennes - 8.5/10. Powerful performance by Kate Winslet and the German boy who plays Michael Berg was really, really good. Followed the book exactly.

Saw Doubt a couple of days ago, pretty solid flick but the acting is what really stands out. Having seen revolutionary road, i have to say, Meryl Streep was ROBBED at the GG. Kate Winslet doesn't even come close.

Let the right one in was playing at the local arthouse today, so i decided to give it a go. Decent film, though a little overhyped( at least i thought so).

Ghost Town -- 7/10

It's alright, but Ricky Gervais is a comic genius and he really never got to let it shine in this movie. I'll admit I was a bit disappointed.

Saw Appaloosa the other day. I was never a big fan of Westerns but this one was good. Not quite 310 to Yuma level ... but its definitely worth a look. Ed Harris, Viggo Mortensen and Jeremy Irons are solid as always.

Maybe 7.5/10

Watched Taken today.....siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

a thrilling, action packed movie starring Liam Neeson. Crazy revenge flick, death sentence left a bad taste in my mouth but this movie brought the revenge genre back for me. Take Bond from Casino Royale and then double the thirst for blood....seriously, watch this flick...coming out in theatres next week but DVD came out a while back in Europe ...basically storyline wise, his daughter goes to Paris for some trip, gets kidnapped, Neeson is a former spy and when he finds out...he does a lil hunting

The fighting sequences in this movie r so sick too...so bourne-ish plus the use of guns too...Who knew Nesson had in it him? I've actually nvr seen any other Nesson movies except for the first starwars but his acting is pretty spot on

Needed some action...got some action

8/10
