Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli today presented the cast of the 23rd James Bond adventure, entitled SKYFALL. The film, from Albert R. Broccoli's Eon Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, and Sony Pictures Entertainment, is directed by Academy AwardŽ winner Sam Mendes and stars Daniel Craig, who returns for his third film as James Bond 007. The screenplay is written by Neal Purvis & Robert Wade and John Logan. SKYFALL, which goes into production on Monday, November 7th, will begin its worldwide roll-out in the UK and Ireland on October 26th 2012 and in North America on November 9th 2012.

"We're so delighted to have Sam Mendes direct SKYFALL and be working once again with Daniel Craig. We've a great script, an extraordinary cast and an incredibly talented creative team for this latest James Bond adventure," said Wilson and Broccoli.

The Director of Photography is Roger Deakins, a nine-time OscarŽ nominee who previously shot the films Jarhead and Revolutionary Road for Mendes. The Production Designer is OscarŽ winner Dennis Gassner, who previously designed Quantum of Solace and collaborated with Mendes on the films Road to Perdition and Jarhead. i've been watching the first two beverly hills cops recently on my commutes to work and i can't say how much i like these movies. They are totally awesome - both equally strong although i would probably say part one is my favorite.

Now it really is a shame how shitty part 3 is and how it closed the franchise on such a bad note. Apparently Eddie Murphy was going through a hard time in his life when they made it. It's too bad how it's the vastly inferior ending to one of my favorite movie series ever.

How about 48hrs and Another 48hrs. Two more great eddie murphy movies.
I heard a rumour he has a script written about an alien abduction of 3 black guys and he wants Chris Rock and Dave Chapelle and himself in it.

Watched Unstoppable last night. The train movie starring Denzel and the new capt Kirk. It didn't do well in theatres, but was actually suprisingly good.
8/10

I watched Submarine last night. 9/10 from me too. More power to Richard Ayoade.

Conan the Barbarian. 6/10.

I watched it...I enjoyed it but it's not Conan. Call this movie anything else and it gets a 7+ for me. They changed Conan's origin story which doesn't make any sense to me. I admit I've never read the comics so my only understanding of him is from the DeLorentis movies of the 80's but Arnold IS Conan and there is no messing with that.

I get the whole rebooting of franchise thing that's going on but you can't re-write a character's origin without a good explanation(i.e. alternatve universe in the new Star Trek).

The new movie is truer to the base material. I really enjoyed the new conan. Would have liked to see him a little more bigger, but he still had way better swordplay than arnie.

Really? Didn't know.... so did his mother truly die in childbirth, not when Conan was a young boy?

The story says he was born on a battlefield.
