Otherwise known as the kinda movie that ruins men for us women, because they make us think romance happens?

Yeah. I shake my fist at those movies.

I enjoyed CSL actually. I know it's going to be(or is already) the new formula for romantic comedy's but at least it's not boy meets girl, boy meets other girl and loses first girl, boy gets girl back...there is some reality to this story.

Want to see a real love story. Watch Blue Valentine, or 500 days of summer.

500 Days of Summer was annoying. It bugged me.

Blue Valentine was somethin', though.

La Strada was on TCM on the weekend. I DVRed it and just watched it yesterday. I think it was about the only Fellini film I had yet to see. The fool reminded me of my younger self.

La Strada is one of the few Fellini films i have seen. I'm a big fan of Giuleta Masina and she's pretty amazing in that one.

I know i need to watch more of fellini's films, but unfortunately there are zero good video rentals where i am at now. Damn i miss Queen video.

Captain America. 8/10...if you like the comic book movie genre this one doesn't disapoint. All the elements, cool effects, action, explosions, humour...good setup for the Avengers movie.

agreed...thought it was a really good movie...bought it yesterday to ad to my collection

finally watched Green Lantern as well...tried to keep an open mind because of all the negative reviews but i wound up being fairly disappointed...there was just too much going on...if they had removed Hector from the film completely and just concentrated on Hal's rise and Sinestro's fall, i think it would have been much more successful

can't give anymore than a 5/10

I wasn't too high on Captain America. I think people were putting it up against Green Lantern and its looked better in comparison.

Watched Catfish.

Felt awkward. Apparently it's a real doc, but I dunno.

I find the main dude to be an egotistical creep.

Saw "In Time" yesterday (futuristic flick starring Justin Timberlake).

Went into this movie knowing nothing about it and was pleasantly surprised. Felt like Hollywood actually bucked the odds and came up with something a bit fresh and new.

Basic idea of the movie: In the future, humans are genetically engineered to live 25 years and then die. They can extend their lifespan though (although they won't age past 25) by working... so essentially "time" becomes the universal currency of the world.

Cool concept I thought. Decent cast too.
