Eek.

You saw 'em both?

I thought Thor looked ok. I don't really have any interest in Fast Five (or whatever it's called), but that's just me.

The Fighter- 8/10

Very good movie. I would say that i still prefer Million Dollar baby as a boxing movie. But this is an enjoyable movie. Great performances, especially from Christian Bale.

The next three Days- 6/10

Disapointing. I really like Liam Neeson and expected him to be in this movie for more then 3 minutes. But overall, the plot was full of holes and not enough character development at all in this one. I din't care about any of them one bit and the first hour was extremely slow. Not a big Russell Crowe fan, and this movie didn't help.

I'd laugh if it's Hawkeye...fcking Jeremy Renner is everywhere now: He's taking over the MI series after the one coming out this year, he's taking over the Bourne Series, and he just joined up in Ice Age too

huge fan of the guy

He's taking over for Matt Damon in the Jason Bourne trilogy? Since when? If so i think it's a great choice.

He isnt playing Jason Bourne, I believe he is playing another operative who has been trained the same way. Hence the Bourne Legacy.

I loved the Bourne Triliogy though.

He'll be playing a new operative but it'll be called "The Bourne Legacy"

Quote:
Jeremy Renner has been offered the lead role in The Bourne Legacy, the latest instalment of the spy saga which made Matt Damon a worldwide superstar, reports Deadline.

Renner – if he chooses to accept his mission – arrives at a funny old time for the Bourne series. With Damon leaving the franchise and his character reaching the end of a story arc in The Bourne Ultimatum, the Hurt Locker actor will play a new role. Reports suggest it will be another brainwashed operative on the run from those who trained him. There will be a new covert government programme to replace Treadstone, Bourne having brought that organisation to its knees at the denouement of the last film.

Here is a movie coming out that has an amazing premise. If you have ever read any of Poe's short stories. Than you know how messed up some of it is.

never saw the teaser cause I had to catch the last bus home right after it finished
Fast Five had a more complex storyline than Thor. Thor was a lot more light compared to the other comic movies. Not a lot of epicness.

anyone know why was it released in Australia almost 3 weeks ahead of US/Canada?

TROLL HUNTER
8.5/10

If you dont mind subtitles give this a look. Makes it feel real and fantastical all in the same movie. Special effects were good too.
Those Norwegians are really putting out some great films lately.

Finally saw Black Swan the other night... wasn't exactly what I expected, but I thought it was well-done. The parts were played well.
