Default Pump up songs

I've been looking for songs just to get myself going when I go running. We have some music affecionadoes (sp) here. So, let's go.

Ummm .... can you really get pumped to anything other that Rock, punk, alternative or metal? I guess some gangsta rap might do it, but I can't see anyone getting pumped by listening to classical, country or say folk music.

anything ratm is good for running.
as well as metallica, soufly, sepulatura(sp?), anything hard and fast.

I like metallica cause songs are long, when I run I need to set goals, sort of like, Im gonna run for 1 more song, if its Metallica thats like 10 minutes.

dude, classical has more power than anything, but I still kinda agree.

Folk sucks and country blows.
