I won an awards in a tournament once and only played a total of 7 minutes over 3 games because I wrecked my ankle.

but the girls who were voting on the players who got the awards partied in my motel room the night before.

The funny thing is the name of the award was called" the hustler award"

I had a mo pete moment at hoopdome.
We down 1 and we stayed late so us and some other people we're the only ones there.
And we decided to use the scoreboard for the hell of.
As I as we weird down 1 with 5 secs left... my friend was tryna show off and wanted to the game winning shot, he got blocked and the ball went flying the other way. I ran towards it and caught it with one hand turned around and shot it from the three point line (all with one hand) and it was nothing but net.

Greatest basketball memory I have.

It happened at Laurier, maybe you were there.

Somebody threw me a baseball pass that went over my head. As I'm husting it down sprinting to the far right corner fo the court, I look over my shoulder and see a defender in pursuit, with my teammate sprinting about 10 feet behind the defender. As I catch up to the ball on it's first bounce, with one smooth movement, I catch the ball off the floor in one hand, and fire a no-look 25 foot around-the-back bullet bounce-pass right at the defenders feet that meets my teammate perfectly in stride for the easy two.

I wasn't there, sounds like I missed out on greatness though. How often do you get over here to play pickup?

I hit the shot to win the district championship in grade 8. Coach gave me the ball at the top, one strong dribble to the basket with my left, pull-back, drove to the basket, left-handed baby hook from the baseline.

I had three girlfriends in the next month. Couldn't tell you if that was related to the shot or not, though.

I had a crazy circus shot it's hard to believe.
I was running on a fast break, and a defender runs right into me. I was at foul line extended when he pushed me and got me spinning, I threw up the ball at the direction of the basket, hit the top of the backboard before it bounced in. I blanked out for a second because I was on the ground and I heard everyone cheering.

Seriously my best moment was on the defensive side. I saw the opponet coming so I shuffled over right out side the circle thing and stood there, the offensive guy ran right into me and he got charged for a charging foul. I was so happy cuz no one actually does that type of stuff on my team, so I felt proud

I just checked the schedule...

Tuesday and Thursday it's open from 8 AM - 10 AM and 2 - 4 in the afternoon.

You'll get some good run from 2-4, might even get some varsity guys showing up. Maybe I'll see you there.

I've blocked an incredibly large amount of people in my basketball career.

Incredibly large.
