I saw South Carolina governor in Rome this summer
I sat one row behind Deion Sanders on a plane
and the wrestler Rikishi was on the same plane as me and I saw him at baggage pick up

nothing to interesting from me really.

My family (and i) lived in Kuwait for a few years as a means of (legally) fleeing communist Poland.

I was a wee tot (hence not that interesting for me personally).I lived there from age 2 to 5.

Kuwait had an 'exchange' going with Poland for people in the medical profession. My dad (physiotherapist) saw it as a good way to bust out of the iron curtain. From there we immigrated to Canada in the early 80s.

As I mentioned before fancy, my wife lived in Kuwait as well.

Did you ever buy cassettes tapes of your favourite band while you were there? I guess there was no copyright law at the time and you would buy a tape of your favourite band in the music store that obviously wasn't legit. Since there was usually space left over on the tape they would fill it with whatever random music they could fit on the rest of the tape. So you'd buy an AC/DC tape and the end of it you'd get an Air Supply song, a Duran Duran song, a Billy Joel song, etc...

when i was 7, my family went on a vacation to florida...
we were in our hotel room on the first floor and our patio opened right unto the pool. we just finished swimming and i went back to the room to take a shower. my older brother ran into the room and yelled out "theres a lady outside who's sunbathing NAKED!"
without thinking, i immediately lept out the shower and ran out onto the patio to behold the 'naked lady'. little did i realize that i forgot to grab a towel or any clothes and i was bare naked myself... my brother locked the patio door behind me and i was left standing out on the deck in all my pre pubescent glory.
my brother didnt open the door for like 1 minute, then my mom realized i was out there and opened the door and grabbed me. the funny thing is, my brother didnt even get in trouble... i ended up getting smacked by my mom for being 'a little perv'.
