Alright. I just bought the game.

I gotta say this shit is hard. I'm like 2-9 on "superstar" right now.
This game plays a lot different than 2k8.
The AI 's low post D is insane. Most of my shots are getting blocked.
Even my back-to-the-basket. That never happened to me in 2k8.

Also, another are the passes. You've got to be extremely careful.
In 2k8, I could easily do a bullet pass inside.
Now, they get deflected and stolen more often.

Phew, I got a lot of work to do.

Yea Iplayed this game and it is way more realistic. Sometimes the lay-ups don't even go in because you don't holf the button down long enough in 08 this never hapened

get used to it guys ... lol its realistic too realistic i actually get mad ... have you guys faced blazers?...their like the hardest team to beat with the Raptors ... well almost all teams are hard to beat with the raps.

I played with raps halfway through the season then I resigned as GM and started playing with the Spurs then I actually started winning games on superstar difficulty. Also, whenever I play 5 on 5 online the lag is insane.

Yeah they got rid of a lot of the 'cheesing' where you could just pound it inside, but the CPU still does a lot of it, thats why you really gotta find sliders on 2k share, then the game plays that much better.

Im still tinkering wit hthe sliders so all of the teams will play through their superstars instead of just going for the easy pass like the CPU likes to do, but its impossible how the cpu is coded, its annyoing that way.

I think next year they have to add some team tendencies so the teams will play like they do in real life, and then the series will take the very last step in becoming the most sim sports game ever. Live has come close with the team DNA and each team running their own style of offence, its just too bad the gameplay and graphcis are terrible.

I think the gameplay and DNA thing are great....

It updates everyday!... what sucks though..., I tend to use the Raptors alot and with JO not in the lineup (because of the live360 updates) they SUCK... it's impossible to win...

Otherwise when JO is in I'm killing within the paint and grabbing boards like crazy lol

Another funny thing is Will Solomans name is "Willie Soloman" in the game, and for about a week they had Bargnani as the starting 2 by default and Parker as the starting 3... lol

They did manage to fix it...

C: JO/ Dekimbe Mutumbo ( YEA back from the dead)/Mohamed Sear Sene

up half a game on boston fo the divsion love my teaam got it all
Jose and roko are solid J-rich in one of my fav players and he is amazing can shoot and DRIVE ariza is my D Bosh self explanatory and is JO i saw dekimbe on FA so i im like Y not need a Back up C then sean williams is amazing shot blocker JK amazing in the game from 3 dequan is great he can even play the 1 when jose went down

it would be amazing made a dirty trade to get j-rich Bargs and jamario went to the bobcats and parker went to NJ and i got sean williams and i swaped 1st witth NJ plus i got a 2nd from the bobcats

Holy fuck JO is amazing on Toronto in live 2009

When he was injured and out i couldnt win a game.... Now he's back in the lineup and Im putting up 20+ and 15 with Bosh and oneal a game and caldy with 20 + 10 assists per game.

Just grabbed 2k9.

Very good game. Requires a bit of tinkering with the sliders, but it's definitely good.

Anyone here play online for ps3?

i havent tried it. ive read so many bad things about it online. i dont know if i wanna put myself thru all that aggravation.

but i wouldnt mind joining a league. say, if we make an rf one.
