Anyone's planing to go to Toronto beer festival? I am excited about it, 65 brewers with over 300 different brands of beer seems awesome to me

I went to the first one over 20 years ago. And every one since. They use to be an absolute blast. But now it's an over packed frat house drunk. Which, to be fair, would be a lot of fun for you 20 somethings.

There used to be more exotic foods and events (volleyball, soccer, poker) but now all the space is used up for more run-of-the-mill vendors.

Its still a good time for some, but I wont be going this year.

This company wants you to throw away their beer. Good luck with that, nobody throws away beer. Never leave a man behind.

Didn't know that they brewed beer in Delta. That's pretty much as local as it gets for me.

It looks like Shaftebury is based in Delta too.

Went to steam whistle brewery last week. It's pretty cool you get 3 beers that you drink trough out the tour. My friend had the tickets, but I think it's around 11$.

I've been getting more and more into the craft brews, and these are two that I've been repeat buying.

GRB's highballer has been my favourtie seasonal beer. My wife even likes it and she usually can't stomach anything but budweiser and sleemans.

I really like the grand River stuff, but there isn't enough of it in Toronto. Stupid system. I'm in Cali and enjoying blue moon pumpkin ale. Terrific. They also have a horchado ale, but i don't think i can get through another six beers before flying back, and i can't see anyplace where single bottles are available. I might have to settle for straight horchado.

don't know if anyone has been to three brewers, but i'm a huge fan of the amber and the dark there. they currently have a seasonal pumpkin on tap, and i wasn't the biggest fan.
