Default Need a new furnace

Alright boys, so our furnace is down and out.

We had the dudes come by and check it out....They condemened it meaning we need to buy a new one before it gets cold again.

I was just wondering what I should be looking intol I know they have the high efficiency ones nowadays but i've heard from a few people that have them of frequent break downs....maybe they have bad luck...no idea.

Anywho, i'm a sponge for information right now. Let me know your thoughts.

i installed a Keeprite system last year. Very efficient, very reliable and easy to maintain. I highly recommend them.

PM me if you need an installer. I have a good one.

All I know is they promised my landlord massive savings with the new high efficiency one, and there wasn't any at all.

there's lots of savings for us, but we are pretty energy efficient in the first place. I don't run the AC unless it's unbearably hot.

Jatt - I think you can get a good one in the lower end of that price range. Check out Keeprite systems for prices. I'm sure they've gone up since I bought mine almost 2 years ago.
