I really can't be the only person here who watches the show, am I?

I'm so excited for the season finale. Any guesses as to who'll die?

my wife watches religiously, but it lost me (no pun intended) after the first season. i just don't have time to watch all the episodes, and if you miss one, good luck catching up... too complicated.

It's incredibly complicated. I got back into watching it by watching the DVDs. Really allowed to follow the story arc and I love the use of symbolism in the show.

I'm psyched, Claud.

Don't care to make any guesses.... I try not to think about it too much, just like to watch and be confused and entertained.....

And I think Michael Emerson is the best actor on television at the moment.

i was an avid fan up until this season...
it started boring and frustarting me so much and when i missed an episode a few months ago, i decided to just let it go and give up.

kate is by far the sexiest girl on that show.

by the way, why are they announcing it as 'season finale'?
i thought this season was the end... shouldnt it be the series finale?

i kinda figured that when my friend was telling me how good the last few weeks have been. he was in shock that i gave up on the show, and told me i was an idiot, since its so friggin good lately.
this happened at the end of last season to me too, so my gf and i just downloaded the last 3 episodes and got caught up again...

i think that will probably happen again this season... i've missed about 6 or 7 shows (the last one i watched was when they went back to the island). i'll probably download them or get the DVD set.
i've been a huge fan since day one, so i shouldnt give up now, especially if its as good as you say.

Definitely the best season.

Things have come together so much since past seasons, it's fucking awesome. Can't wait for this 2 hour finale tonight.

Previous seasons have been plodding and boring, but this season has really been good.

I enjoyed watching Juliet in The Santa Clause 2

So far looks like Sayid might bite the dust, which I hope doesn't happen

Hell, I was sad to Julliet go. Kate drives me insane, I can't stand her and I'll say it right now, I'd do know why people think she's ridiculously hot. I don't see it.

And I'm enjoying the Jacob storyline right now. Great wrench to throw in. Now, must wait till January 2010.

Well..... she is cast in the Lead role for the upcoming re-make of "V"..... so I guess we'll be watching that, eh C?

So, is there a relationship between Jacob's nemesis and the smoke monster? They both seem to have a habit of animating dead people on the island. I assume that it was Jacob's nemesis posing as John Locke since he reached the island...... his "loophole" which enabled him to kill Jacob. Lots of questions around that, though.

Can't believe we have to wait 8 months to see if the bomb went off and what it means.

I'd say the loophole was that they really couldn't kill eachother. I think he needed a vehicle to do it. Using Ben, a person who so vehemently believed in the island yet was essentially tortured by the island if you consider his history (being shot, cancer, Alex's death) then he was the perfect vehicle to use to kill Jacob with.

I wonder about the smoke monster. If he was only limited by Jacob, controlled by Jacob, or controlled by Jacob's nemesis. Also, there's no clue as to who's entirely good or evil. Jacob seems to want to teach people a lesson, almost having fun with people and inviting them to his personal playground. See the ship at the beginning, the Oceanic crew etc. Having Nadia killed to teach Sayid a lesson etc.
