I think I slept for 19 hours, and I'm horribly depressed.

there something wrong with me? or do I just have to shake it off and move on?

I am crazy about them and I don't hide the fact. They are my hometown team and I want them to win but now with these piss poor efforts my desire to watch Raptors is decreasing. I can't even watch a whole game now

a common sign of depression is over sleeping, but also having a hard time falling asleep.

neither, never worked this week and I grew up from smoking weed, and that's what worries me on why I'm so depressed

seriously, start a workout regimen... do something for you. make a plan to get into crazy shape or just plain fit... that should shake you up a bit, and get you out of your rut.

or if that fails, get a girlfriend... or two.
nothing will keep your mind busy than getting (or trying to get) laid.

all joking aside... the gym thing is a good place to start.

But on the real this is true. In college I used to sleep in a lot. Pass 12pm sometimes even 5pm.

Going to the gym, yoga, and even volunteering helped a load. It gave me more responsibilities on my plate however none where effect by performance so no reason to get stressed or depressed.

This might sound stupid but also smoking cigarettes helps depression, NOT WEEd as weed is a mood drug. Cigarettes are a craving drug, but also nerve relaxing.
^^^^ Sounds extremely stupid but it was the depression remedy used in World War II. It is how Marlboro became famous because they sold the idea to the government, which actually helped a lot of soldiers.

Do you get enough vitamin D? I've been battling depression for a long, long time and I started taking vitamin D last year. I noticed a difference. It wasn't a cure in my case, but I've read that sometimes, that's all that's needed.

I've struggled with minor stints of depression, and I wouldn't change that if I had the chance. I reckon those depression riddled stints aided me in building character and figuring out who I really am and what I want in life. In addition, these ruts make you appreciate the highs in life even more, which is why I don't see depression - on a minor level - as a detrimental thing, as long as you strive to thwart the funk. You can always just watch Office Space too. That always works for me. Good luck, man.
