You've obviously not had filet mignon with a buttery red wine sauce.

I have, a buttery red wine sauce is in no way comparible to A1 or HP sauce.

and Aar, on a steak, a cilantro garlic sauce is really good, goes good over to taters as well. If you havent tried, you should, cant see how anyone would be disapointed.

you know what we mean Aar. Of course a good sauce its great on a steak. But you should never use that HP sauce in a good steak.

Solomillo al queso.

Thats Sirloin Steak (what the translator said) with a Roquefort/Blue cheese sauce. ummmmm

step up the choice of steak and you got my mouth watering.

Filet, Tenderloin, Porterhouse...

anything off the short loin.

Sweet smothering fuck I am hungry for BBQ now.

good, but a filet should be covered in bacon and a maple based sauce(Im a country boy ), not blue cheese.

Probably.

I don't like blue cheese, so I can't say.

I'll stick to my prime rib and lobster tail.

Could have left the word "lobster" out of that and it sounds like an ideal meal to me.
