Speaking of steak, lately I've been frying up some thinly sliced ribeye with onions, garlic powder, mushrooms and butter, putting it over whole wheat spaghetti and smothering it with cheese. I call it steak sub pasta.

If you know how to cook it properly it doesnt matter how well done it is cooked cause it'll still melt in your mouth.

when i say jalapeno, i mean a small amopunt of crushed jalapeno in olive oil. this is not an issue of being spicy, it just gives a little bit of zing. try it.

Its all about a bit of marinade.

or butter sauce.

Or just wrapping them in foil for 5 minutes after taking off the grill.

A good steak has to go alone, but I do love sauces, tartare, barbacue, that english one I always forget the name, even ketchup! They make less quality steaks awesome!
