We always have a big dinner with the whole fam. It's nice and I think that's the point. Besides Christmas or maybe Easter, it's kinda impractical to whip up a gargantuan meal like that the rest of the year.

Also, booze.

I love thanksgiving. My favorite holiday. Food-Football-Family. Doesn't get better then that.

This thanksgiving will go down in the record books for my family. We had a huge argument between two family members and they almost went at it. I had to step in the middle with my uncle to keep them back. Thought I was going to get hit. lol Politics. I always tell people it shouldn't be talked about unless you're talking to buddies that have the same view as you. It just leads to a lot of trouble.

lol..No. That was funny though Windex.

Some how Obama got brought up(and we have some strong Democratic(and one Obama lover) and Republicans in the family). Something got said about Obama that one person didn't like and attack the other person by calling her idiotic about 10times with a-hole, stupid, and other words attach. Basically they just went at it after that calling each other every name in the book(female also). First we all thought it was funny but then it got serious as they both got up and each other faces. We stopped it, kick the Obama lover out, other one left after that, and then the rest of us just laugh about the situation after that. It was funny but not really. lol If that makes sense. We had about 5-6 little kids there and they heard some words they didn't need to hear(b***h, c**t, etc). Man Females will say anything when they're in a battle.

Thanksgiving....brings the best and worst out of families. First time we ever had a Thanksgiving with a argument like that. We all joked we can't wait for next year Thanksgiving and UFC battle. haha

Also I want to note I almost lost to a 8year old in NCAA 2011. I beat him on a GW FG as time expired. I couldn't believe I almost lost to a 8 year old cousin in a video game. lol

For us(my family) its about getting together with the rest of the family and spending time with them. We usually only all get together for holidays so its a good time to enjoy it with your family. Now for me there is a extra bonus because there is a lot of good food and football games to watch.

It seems like it. I laugh at him when he said he wanted to challenge me. I beat him pretty bad last year so I was expecting a easy win. Man he almost got me. He scored a TD + EP to take a 1point lead with 30seconds to go and I only had one TO left. Got in FG range with 2seconds left and beat him. I felt like a little kid when I made that kick. lol I was so happy for beating a 8 year old in a video game. Funny & sad at the same time.

Is there something like a black Friday in Canada?

My parents alarm just went off and they're about to hit the stores soon for the low price gifts. They had a 40inch for $200. Some great deals on laptops and other stuff. I never went out on black Friday before but most of the older folks in my family do.
