You would have loved the Guitar exhibit at Hard Rock Cafe last summer. A life time collector was selling his stock.

Some ES-355's were going for $40K Dude told me the highest priced one went for $250k!!

Sweet guitar Coltrane.

Sadly, i can't even remember the power of it at all, but at the time it was the envy of my friends. That's what 4-5 years of not even thinking about my musical craft does i guess. I was going to use it for gigs. Unfortunately, a month or so after i bought the thing we disbanded and i never really picked up my guitar after that.

it looks kinda like this one:

Nice fancy.

When did you live in Kuwait? My girlfriend lived there from 1981 - 1987.

Here's one of my SG's and in the corner you can see a bit of my Vox AC30. That's also my Jazz bass our bass layer is using.

that jazzbass is pretty similar to one my brother built. A little less yellowish. Really cool. I dont know that fender vibroclone amp, but by the name I would say is not a valve amp. do you know if your old one was?. Mine is prety similar. Deluxe reverb 65

I like electronic harmonix. But that pedal is really cool. It doubles the signal doesnt it?. I did a song using that effect with a crappy zoom pedal. Really cool effect. How much does it cost? has to be 150 at least.

Yeah it plays the octave below, the octave above and does all other sorts of cool stuff. I think it's about 200 bucks. I have a the Boss OC-2, but it doesn't track very well (there's a volume drop, you can only play single notes and the sound gets mushy when it's on). That's only the Micro POG, there's a full size POG ($300), but I don't have room for it on my board. I have a Q-Tron and a green Russian Big Muff too, but I don't use either of them anymore.

I like it, but it takes a lot of fiddling with it to get useable sounds.

This is mighty tempting. Don't know if I want to haul it and a cab around to shows though.

Is this an original 70s head? isnt it too cheap if thats the case with only 23 hours left of bidding. In the place were I rehearse, the guitarist of the other band that shares the place with us has something similar. But an 80s one. Has a sweet tone.

Anyway that does look pretty sweet. But it must be really heavy tough.

100 watts of tube amplification. You wont be needing to mic it up anytime soon. lol. Does it have master volume?

Yup, original 70's head. I'd have to find a 4x10 cab though and I already bitch about carrying around my Vox which is 75lbs. lol

hey guys, I'm curious about one thing and maybe you know something about it:

One guy I know has bought a Gibson Les Paul Standard, and there is a issue: it's lighter than the Les Paul Studio. He was said by the shop people that Gibson was making them lighter, due to the body isn't solid ( like a semi-solid guitar, although no so empty).

You know something about it? BTW, guy has payed 2100 euros, it isn't enough money for a truely Standard with solid body?
