BTW, that cramer must have looked awesome. That kind of stuff is fun to do. Always to crappy guitars of course.

holding a guitar and strumming one chord does not qualify, imo...

bel - my bro might still have the old kramer. if he does, i'll take a pic and post it here.

Wrong on a myriad of levels.
I think her music is shit,
but as a huge 2tone fan, i absolutely love that pickguard. She has no business having that on her guitar, but it looks really good.

that star on the fretboard is really lame.

i know I don't contribute in this thread, but i'll just say that my favorite guitar ever is the fender jazzmaster (preferably cream coloured with a dark red pearl pickguard).

I've always wanted a 3-Colour Sunburst Jazzmaster so I could get all J Mascis and stuff, but those bridges are a bitch.

One of the funniest feuds ever involved Avril Lavigne and Chantal Kreviazuk. Chantal "co-wrote" some songs with Avril for her Avril's second record. It's obvious to anyone who has half a walnut that Avril gets a songwriting credit on almost all of her songs even though she does very little. That's where the real money is and that's why she's a multi-millionaire. I don't know if Chantal was on crack or truth serum, but she inexplicably decided to go off on Avril in a magazine interview stating...

"I mean, Avril, songwriter? Avril doesn't really sit and write songs by herself or anything. Avril will also cross the ethical line and no one says anything. That's why I'll never work with her again. I sent her a song two years ago called 'Contagious', and I just saw the tracklisting to this album and there's a song called 'Contagious' on it--and my name's not on it. What do you do with that? See, I won't [call the lawyers], I'll just tell you. Art should not be subject to that kind of controversy."

A while later, after realizing how that statement would scare all "artists" like Lavigne away from writing with her (and deplete the family riches), Chantal cowardly released this statement...

"I would like to apologize for any misconceptions concerning Avril Lavigne. Avril is an accomplished songwriter and it has been my privilege to work with her."

Idiots.

Nice nice sound. Im actually searching for something similar. Too bad for the price though. 250$ is too much for me.

I know, I can see it now.

My wife: Can we go and get the crib for the baby today?
Me: No, sorry it'll have to wait.
My wife: Why?
Me:I spent the money on a Robotalk 2. It was too much work trying to get these sounds with my wah and phaser.
My wife: Asshole!

The sad thing is I've already bought two other envelope filters that I don't use.

I have a EH Q-Tron which has some goodd sounds, but I'm not over the moon about it and it has such a huge footprint that it doesn't fit on my board and has way too many switches an knobs for a lazy person like myself.

I also have a DOD 440 clone, which is what Radiohead use on the end of Paranoid Android, but when it was on it just sounded like the dry signal it had when it wasn't on. I lent it to Aar, but I don't know if he had any luck with it.
