I just managed to sign in with LXfour. I went with LXIV at ebs.

I had crazy long posts back then. I could see the ACC suspicions. And I could stand my ground as stubbornly as teabags. You got me to appreciate brevity.

As a lurker at the start, Redman and Looogie stand out for me. They seemed to post the most back then.

And I remember teabags with his game where points were given for predicting the standings correctly or something like that.

accfan... forgot about him.... yeah he was one that I remembered along with LX, funk, MikeTO, teabags, Thriller, bjjs (pretty sure he was something else back though) and Doc.

Good times.

I think I started in 2002 on ESPN. I remember funkie/TOR back then, but mostly I remember teabags and his horrible analysis, or trolling. I cant remember which it was then. Its amazing how long we've all followed this team and we still dont have a winning team that has put together 3-4 year runs where we win a few series and get the fanbase excited. We're the second most faithful fans in the NBA behind the Warriors fans.

I think overall, RF has the best messageboard of the 3 mentioned in the OP, as with ESPN it was just people talking some crazy BS. At EBS it was good discussions turned in to personal attacks and suspensions(and a lot of hate going around, but it was still fun). But here, theres good discussion, and theres a better quantity of good posters who know their stuff. Then again SJ is still here so he brings the quality of posts down all by himself

I probably wasn't even talking in complete sentences by the time you guys were posting on ESPN.

I think most of you guys joined EBS in Feb of 2005. I'm pretty sure about that. I joined in Nov '06 I think (15 years old back then).

I'm pretty sure I joined EBS in like July 2006 after I was like 5 people posting at ESPN. Doc responded to a Mo Pete comment I made and I remember in his sig he had a link to EBS. Decided to follow the link and I think the first post I made was like a 5 paragraph post (are there any other type of posts?) describing how we could be like the Pistons w/o relying on a star etc.

EBS was fun, but like Thrills mentioned, it was the dialogue between us and the Mavs guys (really the personal attacks & that one douchebag who's name is really escaping me) that led me to want to leave.

I honestly can't believe, we've been at RF for like 4 years now (December).

Ha. I'm tempted to guess "spc" "Crunkzilla" or "abeer".... they could be pretty abrasive. "hamb" was a bit of a joker too.

I took a TON of heat from them initially but buried the hatchet with most after a while.

I miss some of the other boards there (CHI, ORL, LAL, SAC, SAS, HOU) TBH... it was kind of cool getting to interact with fans of other teams and see their perspective on things.

EBS was fun, but in the end wayyyy too much drama. I mean who really needs that on a message board?

Gunshot was a cock.

Banned me for advising him to close a thread that was incredibly racist. towards Rasam for being Iranian. The dude, and some other guy completely doctored up some shit and sent it to a few other guys... like serious stuff too, something about someones sister or something...it was fucking bad. I mean its the internet and all, but that place became very bad in my eyes, I was happy to leave
