i get vast majority of music off mediafire. will resort to other direct download sites or torrents if need be

if it's good music then I usually buy it on emusic or itunes. I think it's good to be ethical and most of the music I tend to listen to might be classified as inde, though it isn't genre specific.

I stick with torrents... although if I'm not looking for a whole album and just want one particular song I just grab the videos from youtube (.flv) and extract the audio from it.
