I'd have to say any scene involving Wheels and his bitchy grandmother and out-of-commission grandfather, after Wheels' parents died.

"Derek, you have to eat dinner!"

"I had french fries at Joey's, grandma!"

"I'd hardly call that dinner!"

"Well, I liked it!"

And all the while, grandpa sat, drooling in his La-Z-Boy, watching wrasslin'.

Degrassi "School's out" is the signle best made for TV Movie in the history of mankind. ever.

Pretty sure you can watch it in parts on youtube.

(although for you youngins and foreigners, you probably won't enjoy it as much without having gotten to know the character over the years like we have).

One of my many favorite moments: Yik and Arthur calling in a sex radio show to ask about wet dreams after arthur had one. the high five at the end is pretty priceless.

I've always wondered if the School's Out movie was some sort of pilot for a series, a la 90210, which never was.

The appeal is we grew up with this lovable, Canadian crapola.

Yes, that was awesome.

I've been to Jilly's before a gig at The Opera House however and it was not awesome.

Cool. I never understood the appeal, but the show lasted how long? Obviously it was successful for a reason, it must have had some major appeal to many.

Then again i was never much for any canadian television (ie: Kids in the hall, Degrassi, SCTV....).
