To be honest. It could be a little more darker (the blue)

I dunno though, gonna have to agree with trane on the chick car a little bit.

Ford sucks first of all. Secondly that colour makes it a chick car IMO.

lmao, ok thanks guys that's what I was worried about.

My other choice is a 93' Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, black, grey interior.

I'm gonna go with this one, thanks again guys.

First off the Mustang is a belly button car and its week(v6)

The Jeep is a nice ride-had one a couple years back-but word of warning it is heavy on gas at highway speeds and parts aren't to cheap for it. But it is a nice rig for sure.

i'd say go with the jeep.
although gas prices may come into play a little, the jeep is the way to go.
i bought a truck a few months back and wouldnt trade it for the world... sure its a bitch on gas, but i absolutely love it... plus you OWN the road.

A jeep? do you realize how much money you're going to putting into that thing on a weekly basis? seriously, you're only going to regret it in the long run - unless you're very well off.

mind you a mustang isn't going to be that much better.

Honestly, i HATE SUV's and most American cars. Really i only like the Ford Focus, and that's because i'm a fan of rally racing. The new focuses look like shit BTW.

Whatever you decide on, good luck.

Personally i'd recommend an older Toyota Supra if you want a car with some power. That thing would blow a mustang out of the water.

Do yourself a favour Iggy and use the bus if you can. Cars are money pits not to mention the ones your looking at which are close to 15-16 years old already. Your bound to be sinking money into either one right away. Wait another year or two and save your money to atleast buy something year 2000 and up. Less likely to have as many problems right off the bat. Just my 2 cents though.

Or just lease. Get a brand new car for a reasonable rate.

IMO, that's terrible advise if you're young and on a fixed income.

True fancy, but if your not using the car to drive long distances daily leasing can be very affordable these days. Buying a clunker will definitely cost you more even in the short term than leasing. But yes, if your on a fixed income its probably not a risk you'd want to take.

If you on a fixed income and cant afford a 250 dollar a month payment for an average sized car(Saturn Ion, Accent, Etc) getting any car is probably not in your best interest

i'll never lease and i'll never buy a new car. it's a terrible waste of money.

try out autocatch, far better than autotrader and kijijijijijijijijiji

http://www.autocatch.com/

i just bought a 2005 toyota echo with 60k on it for 8k. it'll last me five years solid while still having a resale value on it. chick car, maybe....great on gas while low maintenance for sure.

AWESOME choice. If it's a hatch, that makes it even more awesome.

I got a jetta now, but i've wanted an echo for years.

i didn't opt for the hatchback, but the 2005 sedan's aren't bubbly or as plastic looking as the previous models.

well I'm buying a car for the sole reason of getting to work and back, i don't live that far from work about 20-25km both ways. The jeep is $2000 or best offer, so Im planning to offer 1300 and go from there, hopefully I can get it for around 1500-1600. It's got 236km on it's odometer so Im guessing its got about 2-3 years left on it, after that I'll be able to afford a new/newer car, but for now I just want something to get to work and back.

Taking the transit is a bitch especially during winter, and gas does not really worry me cuz i don't really go out that much anymore and when I do it's usually to just go out with the girlfriend.

Never really been a fan of small cars, I especially hate those little honda civic hatchbacks, so SUV is the way to go for me. My uncle is a mechanic and Ill be taking him with me to check out the car, so Ill know if it's a junk or not.
