I've never got into 24. I remember watching some of a 24 marathon a couple years ago and thought i was really good. A couple Christmas's ago i got season 3 on DVD from someone who thought i was into the show. I still haven't watched it. Maybe i should.

If you didn't see the last episode, i won't spoil it for you and say anything... but holy cow: they threw quite the curve ball into the storyline!

Oooh! NO, we haven't had the time to see it yet ... will do that soon. We are still on the episode at the hospital (you know the one I mean? I don't want to give specifics and ruin it for everyone else).

2 underrated shows... "Modern Family" and "Cougartown".

Both make me laugh my ass off.

Modern Family is the best show out there right now. Up there with Curb imo.

yeah, that was a good part. It's funny... we were watching it last week, and i was wondering how many episodes were left becuase most of the story lines looked to be resolving themselves rather tidily..... and then something insane happened.

Windex 03-22-2010 01:24 PM

they are good

I've been watching this season too.... and I'm up to date. I don't care for the Dana Walsh storyline either (yeah, like you'd get hired at CTU if you had a shady past).... and yes last episode was CRAZY. lol.

I hate you both. How many do I have to catch up on? 2 or 3, right? I can squeeze them in before the next shift ... would I be a bad wife if I watched the episodes without my husband?

imo, you'd be a perfect wife if you did that... i'd love to be off the hook for watching shows.

The best pick up show for me has always Law and Order as you don't really need to watch every episode to understand the plot.

Other shows I like but hate missing are Battlestar Galactic, Dexter, Breaking Bad, and Mad Men.

Good comedies are "Arrested and Development" on DVD if you get a chance and the Office is always a good laugh.

by the sounds of it i think you're only one or two episodes away. And i can't speak for your husband, but i'd be a little annoyed with the mrs. if she watched one of our regular shows without me (seeing as there's really only 3: 24, survivor and project runway :) )

If your husband it to busy to watch TV with you give me a shout.

Joey Greco and I are close friends now that I have become a house wrecker.

Yup ... this is the problem. We don't watch an obscene number of shows but the ones that we do watch, we both like and therefore watch together. Oh well, I suppose I could wait and just make a dent in my reading instead ... it doesn't sound like we have too many episodes to catch up on.

Any mention of what's going on or how fabulous the new episode is and I will hunt you down.

:)

who watches tv when it's actually on anyway just download it.

saw first episode of the pacific and thought it was pretty shitty.

Windex 05-07-2010 09:58 PM

Treme recently started, downloading the episodes is the best thing
Im waiting for my new laptop, then I'll download Dexter S4
watch Pawn Stars for an informative show

cloak 05-07-2010 11:01 PM

i've seen pawn stars, it's alright for what it is but don't think it's anything special.

N64 05-08-2010 10:04 AM

I watch pawn stars sometimes too...sad how some people sell great pieces of history for a few hundred

started watching season 1 of the big bang theory and it's pretty funny

but breaking bad and Dexter are obviously the shit lol

and I remember seeing an HBO commercial with Entourage and Hung returning in a few months
