SPOILERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS (for Barracuda lol)

pretty underwhelming episode for me, seeing the preview for the episode last week i kept thinking Deb would find out about what Dexter does.

Jordan Chase died pretty fast too...Dexter didn't even take a blood sample. And Lumen just leaving cause she lost the feeling? You just murdered 2 ppl in the last few days, how do all the feeling associated with that just go away in a matter of seconds cause Chase is dead?

Still a good episode, just a lil disappointing for me.

And now I can start watching Boardwalk Empire and walking dead.
Not the greatest episode.

Lumen had closure. She wasn't a natural killer. She wanted revenge for what happened to her. She got it, and it came at a cost. Time for her to go.

"Dexter" co-stars Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter are allegedly separating, Access Hollywood has learned exclusively.

A source tells Access that, according to a person very close to the production, the real life husband and wife, who play brother and sister Dexter & Deborah Morgan on the hit Showtime show, haven't been getting along on set all season and that it's widely known an official separation announcement is imminent.

Didn't Dexter just recover from cancer?

Nah. Deb should start helping Dexter. She's all about the vigilante justice. It's the Icetruck Killer's fault, he done fucked her up good.

I can't help but feel that Dexter would have been best to shut it down with a perfect closer last season. The characters were always so strong that I could look past the plot manipulations, but now the silly twists are making the characters weak. I liked the idea behind the Jordan Chase character, but ultimately there was nothing explored very deeply this season. Dexter found someone that could accept him. Big deal. Meanwhile he's got all this other stuff going on that doesn't fit naturally at all. They could have concluded it with everything going full circle at the end of last season. Instead, though still watchable for sure, it wasn't far off from the usual fare from SVU, which drives me crazy with the way they make out like the whole world is full of sick, twisted perverts. On top of that, it really bothers me how the show has completely bought into the idea of vigilantism rather than being ambiguous about it and forcing the viewer to take a hard look at the reality of it. Instead of marking television at its best and most complex, it has become far too close to being television at its usual worst.

I guess you could say that last episode was a bit disappointing.

Misfits!!! It's about a group of kids doing community service, they obtain special powers after getting caught in a storm one day.

I think they're only airing season 1 here in Canada but the second season can easily be found online.

Shut it down after 4 seasons when the ratings are good? Why? I understand the disapointment with the 5th season, and your points are valid but a 4yr run isn't enough imo. Let's hope season 6 will be good. I say this shows goes 2 more seasons.

I'll be happy with another season just as long as he stops friggin' talking about his "dark passenger". I hate it. It's an annoying term.

Although, it can remind me of a damn good song:

(Passenger - Deftones ft. Maynard)
