Fantastic series finale to "Spartacus". Man.... I'll miss that show. Really wish they would have stretched it out to at least ONE more season.

Beautiful tribute to Andy Whitfield at the end.

good ending. looks like they ended up killing him even though his death is debated :'(

don't think they could've had another season without it becoming slow and uninteresting. The war only lasted a couple years so a 2 season length about it was good enough. Wonder if they make a spinoff with the Triumvirate of Crassus, Caesar and Pompey.

finally watched the Spartacus finale...
SPOILERS BELOW IF YOU DONT KNOW THE OUTCOME

i'm actually quite sad. i'm sad because the series is over, and also sad because of how it ended. I know thats what happened in real life, but it happened so quickly and felt rushed. they didnt give enough attention or worth to the main characters in the end when they met their demise. it just felt like; 'oh, all of the main characters that you've loved throughout the series are dead now... thanks for coming out'. the end. it didnt feel like there was any closure.... no mourning.... they died for notihing and who cares... series done.

I felt the complete opposite. Each main character had a long drawn out death scene. Some even got to speak! Romans just got stabbed or hacked and they all died quickly. I know it's TV. And Spartacus gets skewered but lives long enough for a couple scenes. And they certainly didnt die for nothing. Like the one armed gay guy said " The Romans will fall but your spirit and belief that all people should be free will endure forever" or something like that. And it has for the most part. I was hoping for a proper ending and they delivered. My only disappointment with the series is that Andy Whitfield didnt get to finish. He was a different level.

i totally agree aboout Andy Whitfield - he was Spartacus IMO. what a shame.
as for the ending, i guess i'm more sour because its done, but i just felt that it was rushed and over too quickly. i wouldve liked some more closure and mourning for the main guys.

Ya I don't understand why there isn't more Game of Thrones discussion on here. It's above and beyond the best show on television.
