John Noble never ceases to amaze me as Walter...just incredible

and speaking of Walter...that "Python" animation might be the most brilliant/insane thing i've seen on tv in years
the inclusion of Donovan's Hurdy Gurdy Man during his "trip" was an ingenious touch as well

one of these days i'm going to sit down and watch all of the seasons in a row...this show is just too good not to

Good man.

I've watched this show since the very beginning. Can't believe it's still going on. Gonna be sad to see it go. I've loved the entire series though. Seasons got better as the show went on (for the most part).

Watch it front to back and enjoy it bro.

I kinda lost interest after the season that Julia Stiles was on, i believe season 5. I saw a couple episodes of season 6 but that was it. So she found out in season 6, or was it season 7?

lol - the julia styles season is the only season where I missed atleast half the episodes. She found out at the very end of the last season/very start of this season.

It's worth it. I thought the storyline with the gay Ukrainian gangster was going to be lame; but I really enjoyed it - and it's just gravy. You don't even really need to watch last season; but this season is worth watching. In many ways, Deb kind of carries the series.

the last two episodes were phenomenal. while there are obviously so many paths the writers can take with this show now, i love that we got some closure in the last episode of the season.

i'm sick of pieces of shit like AMC stopping their seasons smack in the middle and then resorting to cheap cliff-hangers to keep people wondering. fuck that. terrence winter knows how to make a show.

I tend to stay away from shows that are on network TV. might check it since most shows stopped and won't start again until mid January.

I really enjoyed the Dexter finale. A lot of thematic advancements. It feels like they are really heading into new territory now. Deb's breaking down at the end was pretty intense. The season didn't have too many plot contrivances and was carried by some of the big questions again. It had started to feel too much like standard tv fodder. The focus of setting up the final season brought it back to it's roots. Looking forward to that last season.

Ha, I always laugh when people say something is too mainstream and that's why they don't like it (ie: music, tv, movies)

nope. just find network tv more limiting then shows on HBO, AMC, Showtime, etc...
Restrictions of language, violence and certain topics... and no nudity
