I didn't like Quarles because he wasn't intelligent enough to be a good villan
wouldn't bother me if Dickie died though.
each season is better than the previous one

is the guy Limestone banished back now?

SPOILER!!!! in white

pretty sure he died when he got shot. not sure why he was there, but i think they needed him to die so a) he'd be good in limestones' books b) forgotten about for upcoming seasons.

Starting to lose me a little in the last season or two, but the first 4-5 are great. Some episodes hold up to any other comedy out there. You'll know by the end of the first season, if not sooner, if it's for you or not.

I just watched season 8 on DVD. Wow it sucked and it was only 8 episodes. It's as if all the good writers quit and they hired co-op students to write season 8. What a bullshit ending for Ari.

finished the first season of House of Lies. decent show but it gets more depressing as the show progresses, especially for a comedy.

I liked Veep quite a bit. Sort of a cross between West Wing and Arrested Development.

The Borgais got better in season 2. good piece of historical fiction and it doesn't hurt having Scar play the part of the Pope.

and Lucrezia Borgia

I know it's old but I've been watching a lot of Seinfeld lately. It's a lot funnier than most of the comedies on tv these days.

even if you watched the same episode 4 times it is still funnier that most, if not all new comedies.

Yup. Also, I've seen a few episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm and it reminds me of Seinfeld (due to Larry David's presence).

the odd thing is that the actors are not funny and boring in real life.
