Default Best razor blade for men?

I've been using an electric shaver my entire life but I've gotten really frustrated and tired of it. Does it do a good job? Yeah. But it takes FOREVER. I've never used a razor blade before. I hear an electric shaver is supposed to be quicker than a razor blade, but it might be the other way around for me. It takes a while to get a close shave when I use an electric shaver.

I googled like reviews and what not, but every website or article is different.

Can any guy recommend a razor that can give you a very close and quick shave? Or a really good electric shaver? Price is not important.

I shave daily by the way.

The Mach 3 razor blades by Gillette make shaving quick and easy. I used to use the Excell but it's just not the same anymore. I feel like they made the Excell blades less effective so that consumers would have to buy the Mach 3. It's a conspiracy.

i use an electric shaver on weekdays, because it's quick.

i'll use a manual razor on weekends when i have a little more time to spare. usually a mach 3.

I just shaved my beard off after having it for 7 months. I loved it actually. After a month, I didn't feel anything on my face. I also enjoyed the looks from people and loved the fact my girlfriend hated it. She threatened to leave me and I started yanking on it to try and get it to grow even more.

It's amazing to me that something as simple as a beard, in this day and age, would prompt such criticism. Same with moustaches. And sometimes, it came from complete strangers. People are soooo obsessed about the appearance of others.

I agree. For me, i grow a beard every so often and it's great not shaving that's for sure except for the trimings. My girlfriend hates it though. But after a month or two i've had it and need to shave.

That a picture of you in your icon thing, AC? If so, beard looks good.

My husband let his hair grow during the cricket world cup (he's usually got his head closely shaved) and, I won't lie, I didn't like it much. Relieved when he shaved it again after Pakistan lost.

With Chinese people, mustache and goatee aren't accepted very well. It turns people off but I still do it; looks manly. Beards are uncommon idk why. Not many can get a 5'0 clock shadow

my facial hair grows in slowly...
so i usually have a schedule... I shave on Tuesday, grow a 5'oclock shadow by Thursday, trim it so that its a goatie for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday... and by Monday its a lot thicker, and looks like a good thick 5 'oclock shadow with goatie... then i start over again on Tuesday.
