so im already in the RF free league, but is there any intrest in starting a leage that requires a small buy in?
im thinking something like a 10-20 dollar buyin? witha league of about 10-12 people? If anyone is intrested in this let me know. Would love to play in a Basketball league that actually has a little motavation for getting people to play and trades to get done. pluss having a prize at the end is always kinda nice Let me know what you all think. Payments can be made via EMT (email money transfer) or even local meetups, and at the end of the year the winner and maybe 1-2 runners up get their prizes. This would keep people intrest stronger then the free league which (last year had almost 1/3 the people stop playing by the end ) Info About the League - 20 Dollar buy in can be made via EMT email money transfer or local cash meetups (work downtown, also at york U, Yonge and Sheppard + Yonge and Eglington at least once a week. - Daily Rotation via Yahoo Fantasy Basketball - Open to anyone and everyone - looking for at least 8-12 people (currently sitting at 8) -When you make your team name keep it your RF screen name so i know who is who (once we have enough people you can change your name to what ever you like) - Voice your opinion about the draft date, number of players per team, catagories ect... - Prizes In terms of Prize money at the end of the season im thinking about if 8 people only (which is what we are curretnly sitting at) $160 total cash pot 100 to the winner 40 to second 20 to 3ed or 120 - First 20 - Second Something along these lines. 1-3 Me + 2 = 3
4. 10gizzle 5. nolimitz64 6. Arm Chair GM 7 Iraptor That makes 7, almost there anything above 8 would be ok. I think 10 would be an Ideal number. I already quickly started a new league last night. I can send out the password and login to everyone, so we can see how this shapes up. Any ideas about how many postions there should be, players or catagories let me know and we can work something out. Lets make this happen! There is still a few weeks before the season starts and its within reach. |

Just throwing it out there and assuming every one stays active, how about 140 to the winner and last place gets their 20 bucks back?

Money makes it a lot more competitive lol and everyone stays active...plus if it's 8 or 10 guys a lot of talent will be left in FA and you can stay competitive even if u fck up at the beginning...settings wise is it unlimited moves and trades?
And M5, I don't really have a credit card but I'm good for the $20, I'll try to meet up with you sometime to get you the money. |
