So I was too lazy to read through who said you cant lose Body Fat % without losing weight. But I just proved you wrong even though that progress took about a month and a half.

By November 15, Im hoping to be in the 7 to 7.5% range. Hopefully with the same body weight.

My mother bought me the Nutri Bullet last summer. It's great for juicing, for a while i used it every day. I've gotten away from using it lately but i have to get back at it and start eating healthier again.

I use to go to LA Fitness, the brand they use for their shakes is called " Blendtec". I bought one and I love it,use it daily. Has 7 present functions for different purposes. Its pricy but I find it to be worth it. I guess it depends on how often you'll use it though.

For the price, you can't go wrong with a nutribullet. I'm old school and have a magic bullet from like 8 years ago. Same thing, different name. The great thing about the bullet is that it's so easy to clean. Work well, crushes ice. Does the job. And it's not expensive. You can pick one up for 45 bucks at Costco.

Nutribullet is about 100 bucks right? I see Canadian Tire selling a Magic Bullet for 29.99 in the flyer, might just scoop one up considering the price.

I usually have a standard protein shake after my workouts. Any good homemade high calorie protein shakes yall can recommend?

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 frozen banana (works better if frozen - acts like ice as well)
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 raw egg
about 250 ml of water (or milk) - vary your liquid as per taste or preference

= deliciousness!

No prob. I hope you like it. It's by far my fav shake.
Quick hint, if you cut up the banana before you freeze it, it will blend better. And use cold water/milk. It tastes amazing if its really cold.

I used to work pt at a juice bar at a local gym a long time ago, and this is the shake everyone would order. I called it my specialty.
If you are bulking and don't mind the fat, throw in a scoop of chocolate (or banana) ice cream in there. It tastes amazing.

Is it safe to use raw eggs? Isn't there a small chance of salmonella?

My own protein shake mix:

- 3 scoops of protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
- 2 scoops of vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup water

Doubt that'll fit in a Magic Bullet though... I use a conventional blender.
