Yes ...all the time.

I dont usually work out the body part that is sore but everything else is fine. Tomorrow or the day after my legs should be sore as hell cause I killed them today. Doesnt stop me from working chest, back, shoulders or arms.

And even still ... on some occassions Ill workout the body part that is sore. CT Fletcher school of thinking lol. Overtraining doesnt exist. Lift mutherfuckers! Grow!

guys when I bench, my arms are toasted and i dont feel my chest is being used. Im approx 130 lbs, benching 105 3 reps. I did do an arm workout before the bench so Im not sure. Do I lower the weight or what? Like my forearms and hands hurt right after I put the bar back up

When you bring the bar down bring it towards your nipples. If you bring the bar down closer to your neck you will feel it more in your shoulders and bi's. Also, you don't have to make the bar touch your chest. I usually bring it down about 1-3 inches away from my chest.

Are you doing sets of 3 reps or is that your max? If your doing sets of 3 reps you need to drop the weight so that you can do at least 6-8 reps.

I see everyone with those protein shake bottles. What do they do differently than just shaking a normal water bottle with whey protein in it? Ill spend the $ if it makes the drink less thick

Just buy a quality protein and you won't have to deal with the thickness. If you buy the no name brand huge tub, you'll probably end up with a crappy tasting lumpy drink.

It's not the bottle itself that does the mixing. It's the sphere shaped spring inside of it that does the mixing. It works very well compared to mixing with a spoon.

lol I think the concept of shaker cups is lost on some ppl. He is correct in the mixing part, and not to mention u will probably need to use a funnel, or a make-shift funnel to put ur powder into a water bottle every day. Annoying, messy.

Also our environment does not enjoy plastic bottles. Re-usable shaker that will cost you 10 bucks might save you those 10bucks over a year in buying water bottles and fucking our landfills more than they are already fucked.
