If 'trane is 6'10" then I'm 6'8" dammit!

Lol... I think that he's closer to 6'7" really.... but still more than big enough!

TORap, those Oh Yeah bars are the tastiest protein bars in the history of protien bars.

FWIW Ultramet is also probably one of the best tasting shakes. The chocloate tastes like hot chocolate.

Hoop Dome's fun. I can't play worth shit (and sadly there's video somewhere to prove it... I believe SJ's the proud owner of those), but it's just a fun place. I liked watching the games - so many different levels of play in the same place at once.

Too bad it's so damn far away.

Yeah, i've been lifting steadily since the new year.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Weekend off.

Basically, my routine consists of squats, barbell rows, curls, bench press, overhead press, and dips.

With Squats, I'm lifting 90lbs doing 25 reps, x 2. You might ask, why so many reps, why not just more weight with less reps. Well, I don't think I can currently lift anymore weight over my head onto my shoulders. So until my arms get stronger, I'm just going to have to work on endurance. The strength of my legs is grossly out of proportion to the strength of my arms.

Barbell Rows, 100lbs, about 13 reps x 2 currently. Works the forearms, from what i can tell.

Bench press, 80lbs, 8 reps, and then 5 reps. I'm weak as piss when it comes to bench press. I have very ectomorphic body type, 150pounds, 6'1, so upper body strength is not naturally endowed to me.

Overhead Press, same.

Curls... 65lbs, 8 reps, then 5 or 6.

I got a ways to go. But fuck, feel so much better psychologically since i've been working out.

This is the #1 reason that I'm glad I got my ass back in the gym.... When I wasn't working out I found that I ate like shit and FELT like shit TBH... and I had "man-boobs".... UGH! lol....

As for your bench... push-ups are a good way to build up that pressing strength. I used to make sure that I did 100 (4 sets of 25) every single day and it helped.

You got that right brother! The place where i get my supps has them on sale too... $25 for 10 bars! Never thought that any of them would beat the original "DETOUR" bars... those were soooo good... but "Oh Yeahs" are teh undisputed new #1.

You still lifting then Acie?

I can't find them around here anymore.

These are really good too.

I just started trying to get back into a routine over the holidays. I really do love it, but once you allow yourself to take an extended break, it's really hard get back into a groove.

Just reading through the latest issue of "Muscle & Fitness" and in case anyone's curious they rated the top 5 supps based on effectiveness.... here they are!

1) Whey Protein
2) Creatine
3) BCAAs
4) Beta-Alanine
5) NO Boosters
