It's true and I have been doing it for the last 2 months. Only con is that it lacks protein.

I eat the whole oatmeal and I add splenda and some coco powder to it to give it some taste.

Just weighed myself after working out. At 176 lbs. True weight probably a little less considering all the water I drank, but this IF thing isnt getting any results lol. I'll do one more week of it and see what happens.

Best time to weigh yourself is in the morning right after you wake up. I weighed in at 159 and today after dinner I weighed in at 161. With just boxers on.

I've been working out for 6 years at pretty much the same body weight. I still can't manage to get off 10 reps of 185 on the bench though.

too much feels, I've been working out since grade 11...put on 20+ pounds since then. My shoulder and tricep strength are holding me back from my bench. I deadlift 3 plates and squat 275 but can only do 185x8 the last time i tried. I usually just do dumbells for flat bench

How the fuck are your shoulders so strong? 65-70? You guys are talking about per arm right? If so. At you're weight thats fucking insane. I just want to get down to 14 percent body fat then start a clean bulk. Getting from 22 to 14 percent is damn difficult though!

I've seen guys do 90s-100s per arm on the shoulder DB press. They are big guys though. Probably 220+.

I'm 150 and do 30kgs on each shoulder comfortably. 35kg gets difficult.
my deltoids are almost twice the size of my biceps. looks kind of weird lol

I've got the opposite issue. Always have. It's worse now, though, because I have bad shoulder joints after a few upper body injuries and over exerting myself at a young age. My biceps and chest just grow with little work, but my delts are stubborn. Any time I get back into lifting to help boost my metabolism to loose weight, I'm curling 50lbs+ DB within a few workouts. But that ends of being the same as my millitary press! It's fucked.

Same case here mate, except without the shoulder issues. My biceps genetically are as big as my shoulders. And the recent work in triceps have caused my arms to overshadow my deltoids. Gotta work on them lateral raises to make the sides look bigger nomsayin

I hate working out after a night of drinking. Power level feels so low until like an hour in.
