just want to ask, is it really cheap to buy protein shakes online like bodybuilding whereas buying at GNC or Popeyes? I feel like it's just the same cuz on online you still have to pay for shipping.

Do some core workouts. When your far into doing pushups you starting using more core then chest imo.

I add 2-4 a week depending on which type of excercise I am doing on my chest days (P90X). the chest and back workout involves 6 different types of pushups, with 2 sets of each but the sets aren't done after each other. you go through each type once, then again through each one in the same order. so If I am adding 2-4 a week, while doing this many different types, and reps, you should be looking at adding anywhere from 5-10. so what Insider said is right.

bodybuilding/fitness tip: always set your goal higher than what you think possible, because a lot of times your body can do more than your mind thinks

Bought my mother a Nutribullet for Mother day but I'm the one who will be mainly using it for shakes and stuff and so far it's been quite nice. Easy cleanup and all.

Do them on chest days at the end of your workout. See how many you can punch out before collapsing. Thats how I raised mine.

Think 78 was the highest I got. But I havent tried to go for a record in a long long time, maybe its about time. You got me curious.

I think doing tons of pushups in between chest days doesnt let your chest recover the way it should. Even if you feel like it has. That said ...24-36 hours is usually enough.

Pushups also use a bunch of core and triceps strength. So you might notice your numbers get lower if your core is sore. At leas tthats how it is for me.

Ive calculates this a million times and its still cheaper on Bodybuilding.com

Supplements Canada website is pretty damn good. Free shipping on orders over $99 and gives better prices than GNC. But bodybuilding.com even with delivery beats those prices probably bby 15%

For comparison ... the BSN Syntha 6 I use is usually $70+ at Popeyes/SupplementsCanada.
Its $40 on BB.com with maybe $15delivery. With taxes and shit ...you save $20

If you dont care for brand and just want cheap and easy protein, Costco has 5lbs for $35

Based on how huge he looks, I think Shaq could probably do that right now. In that fake lift-off video with Barkley, Shaq was just joking around. I don't think he gave it his best effort.

But, even if Shaq can't do it now, I definitely think he could do it back when he played for LA/Miami. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he could lift around 500 back then.

True, long arms makes it harder. But Shaq also has a monsterous frame, even for his height. The guy has a linebacker frame on a 7 foot body.

Check out this video of D12, who also has long arms. Dwight's arms are not as long as Shaq's, but he aslo doesn't quite have as big a frame as Shaq. In this video, Dwight is easily handling 315 at the beginning (3 plates each side). Then notice how he adds what appears to be a 25 or 35 lbs plate to each side of the bar, making it 365 or 385 total. Dwight continues to handle the weight quite easily. And, this is back in 2008, before Dwight's body was closer to Shaq during his prime.

Syntha 6 is what I currently use too! I got it for $50 including tax (1.3 kg). But I want to switch to True Mass though because it has 630 calories but my nearest Popeyes doesn't have it.

I will go buy them at bodybuilding.com from now on!

BTW, Popeyes are having a minimum 15% off of all products this Friday and Saturday and they're giving away some "gift bag of goodies" to first 50 customers on both days.

I'm just about out of protein. So is my best bet bodybuilding.com I guess?

4.5kg of Gold Standard Whey costs $131 with tax and shipping included at BB.com and $188 with the gold card at GNC without tax. I don't think anyone else has it cheaper then $130 including tax.

What's your guys opinion on having oatmeal everyday for breakfast? My trainer says it really benefits you and it doesn't come with anything negative such as bad fats. Is it true that it is only healthy with no cons?
