Nites, If you're looking to gain size, I'd recommend taking a weight gainer.
Quickmass worked for me when I used it. I gained about 6 pounds in 2 weeks. It's expensive though. And you have to be very strict with your routine and diet while taking it.

I've tried weight gainers but they make me bloated far too much. I just take shakes and eat meals constantly throughout the day. It's been working so far. Getting compliments every day.

Ya I think so. I haven't weighed myself in a while.
I'm in a cutting phase currently. Trying HIIT. it's working nicely, really getting some good results.

looking around the gym and people 4x my size are lifting the same weights as me
to be fair I don't work out as much as I did and I dont take supplements
but it still makes no sense

thats not odd.
i lift lighter weights, i do it for definition. theres nothing worse than seeing someone go too heavy and their form is horrible.

this ones a weight lifting /cardio routine. supposedly 6 week of this will get even the largest guys ripped down.

ive kind of switched it up to my liking, and do the routine according to my muscle groupings:

day 1: tris/back
day 2: legs
day 3: bis/chest
day 4: tris/shoulders
day 5: legs
day 6: rest
day 7: bis/chest/shoulders

basically you do your normal workout routine but doing 10 sets of 10 reps @ 50% max. with 30 seconds inbetween sets. so its really fast. hardly any time to rest.
then do the same exercise at 100% max, 3 sets to failure.

so if your bench max is 100 pounds, you do 50 pounds - 10 sets/10 reps. 30 second rest between each.
then do 100 pounds, 3 sets to failure.


you should do about 3 exercises per body part... which ever ones are your favs.

i'm currently taking N.O xplode.
ive taken tons of pre workouts and this one gives me the best results without feeling tweaked or having to crash afterwards.

could be describing me but I never lift anything that I can't do 10 reps with.
don't know about my form. nothing has been injured so far so I guess I'm doing it right.

just went through my pictures on facebook..

man do I miss being in shape. I looked awesome. i'm done being fat.

starting tomorrow, i'm eating clean again, at a -1000 calorie intake while doing p90x in the evenings and running at 10k/h for as long as I can (will improve in due time).

i'll be back in shape for soccer season (at least sorta for may) and by summer time i'll be able to play beach v-ball and be proud again.

as motivation? i'm sticking a picture of "fit" me from a few years back on my wall so every morning when I wake up and go to the bathroom I look at it and say, u ain't skipping no foooooooooooking workout today.

you can eat lots Pzab, just eat clean. that way you'll gain/keep muscle (from your work outs), yet lose fat.
