celltech is ok... if i had to recommend any creatine workout supp it would be CellMass from BSN.
my prob is that it is costly, and i did my research and got my own personal cocktail at half the price with way more servings.
That seems to be how it goes.... although you're lighter when you cut, your muscles stick out more and everyone thinks that you're bigger lol.

It's been a goal of mine to get to 250lbs for ages now (about 242lbs currently). I may see if I can stick it out to put on a bit more mass and THEN start the shred.

Dunno if Saucer is still around here but I think that you have the same bodytype as him. Roughly the same weight and he can push a lot of tin too. Maybe you guys can take a picture together and be "Man Candy" for teh ladiez!

I put a banana and some frozen strawberries in all my shakes so that def helps a lot lol.... but yeah, I think that they've improved in taste over the years.

I remember when I gave a buddy of mine one of my weight gainer shakes (1000 cals) after he said he wanted to try it. He drank it all and then passed out on my couch for the next 6 hours hahahaha... as if he ate a huge turkey dinner. It was pretty funny.

I try to get to the gym 3-4 times a week
1 - I'll play a basketball scrimmage
2 - Chest and Triceps
3 - Back and Biceps
4 - Shoulders and abs

Need to add in forearms, and I'm going to start a jump program soon. I also play 20-30 minutes of basketball before each workout.

I always wondered if taking a bunch of different ones at the same time would have a negative effect.

i took a parenting leave of absence from work, got up from behind my desk, stopped eating food court garbage, chased a toddler around for 4 months and lost 20 lbs without trying between labour day and new years. does that count?

About 6'5". No idea about the BF% though... if I had to guess it's probably 17-20% I think. I'm carrying some chub around the midsection right now.

Surprisingly it hasn't been too hard to put on weight... I can recall that I was about 215lbs just over a year ago before I went back to the gym. Lifting heavy certainly helps. Goes hand in hand with the eating.

i follow a normal routine, although ive started adding a few p90x-type of sessions about once every 2 weeks to switch it up a bit and shock my body.
p90x is no joke, i had a friend who did it and absolutely transformed his body.

waxy maize helps to absorb the supplements in general (dont think you really need it for protein though) - exactly like you said. it tastes absolutely horrible (imagine adding 2 tablespoons of baking powder to your water - barf!), but it works to absorb the creatine so that none goes to waste, and more importantly, you dont get bloated from the creatine.
for 2 weeks i would take 5g of creatine before my workout, and 5g right after (added to my cocktail). after the 2 weeks you just need to do the 5g after your workout.

thats where waxy maize comes into play. the waxy maize helps to absorb the creatine and deliver it to your muscles super fast, therefore, you dont get that bloated problem, and you dont get that water weight.
creatine, while a lot of people hate it and think its bad for you, is freaking awesome in my opinion, and if you really want to put on size, can do wonders.
as long as you take it responsibly (dont expect it to do miracles), and cycle it, you should definitely get results.

I want one badly. I used to go to town on one that was set up in a barn. I wish I had somewhere to put one.

Good call, I never thought of one like that. The one I hit a few times was a real bag... but I wouldn't need anything that heavy duty.

Nice suggestion!

its pretty standard stuff...
i use the AllMax one. google it, tons of good hype for the product. and its not expensive either, the one can i have will probably last me more than 6 months.
but it tastes really bad... even when i mix it with my protein/creatine/glutimine, i still taste the stuff!
