You don't have to post them on this thread. Just pm them to Communistcrunch.

On second thought that seems a bit weird lol

I've quit lifting over the past few months and have been rock climbing. Crazy good for forearm strength and back strength. Also a lot more fun than lifting!

Any of you go to LA FITNESS at Donmills and Yorkmills (Toronto)?

I go there 4-5 times a week

Can never get any ball in though, always packed with punks and wangsters.

Because I climb as often as I can during the week, so my muscles are sore on days I'm not climbing. If my muscles are good to go then I go climb

Good plan pzabby. I used to try to plan things like that into my next semesters, but now I'm just too busy to focus on lifting. Between school, my girlfriend, my basketball league, rock climbing, being active in my residence I can't do it.

When you drink a lot of creatine (say 4 scoops/day) and normal whey protein (4scoops/day), is that when you start getting that bloated mass look? Saw my friend after a long time, guy's 5 feet and looked like an inflated chipmunk, all disproportional and all. How do you avoid that? Lol

Creatine increases the amount of water your muscles hold which at full saturation makes it look "watery" and bloated. Water weight is relitively easy to drop. The protein powder doesnt have any more significant affect than getting calories from regular food and protein sources. It sounds like your freind is dirty bulking and consuming far more calories than his maintenance level

I didn't work out for all of last week and today. The gym is going to be busy as fuck tomorrow and I'm sure we all know why.

You shouldn't be drinking 4 scoops of creatine...

On the 4 scoops of creatine, someone recommended I try 20g/day for the first week of working out and then go back to 5g/day afterwards. Anyone every try that? 20gs meaning 4 separate times drinking 5gs.

20g a day is not neccessary for the first week, you could reach desired saturation levels within a few weeks with 5g/day

the loading phase is bs, IMO.
if you really want to load, just do 5g before, then 5g right after your WO for the first week... then go to 5g after your WO after the first week.
