I agree.

I've done various different workouts like static contraction training, German volume training, pyramid training, sprint training and the bottom line is, that regardless of what you do, you've got to give it 110% to see results.

what body fat percentage do you have to be at, approximately, to have the abdominals and obliques show, without flexing them.

I'm a daily runner. 4x a week (anywhere between 5 and 10 k). The other days, I usually play basketball or soccer or do drills on my own (e.g. suicides). I'm not a big strength training guy. I just, personally, find it tedious and boring.

i've lost 10 pounds and 2 percent body fat in 4 weeks. Am I losing too little percentage per pound? if so, what should I change in my diet to fix this?

Not that i have any idea about the topic but that seems about right. What was your body fat to begin with? Plus if you're just starting to lose weight most of that is water weight.

well the lowest it's ever been was 14 percent, but that was when I trained daily, I had the time. I fell off the wagon chasing a scholarship in gr 11 and 12, and ate crap all the time, got up to 21 percent. now I'm at 18.5 percent

The general consensus is a bit under 10%. It really depends on genetics, how/where your body stores fat, and how tight your core is. I'd say usually 9% is a good number.

I used some ridiculous hand-held machine to calculate mine and it said 12.6% and I got visible abs. Im not sure if the retarded machine is correct, but i heard that 12 and under is the range to be in.

Some scales calculate your height/weight/age and tell you approximately what your body fat is based on those numbers. A doctor can also tell you, probably more accurately.
