Any of you guys have a nice back workout you're particularly proud of? Having a nice wide back is my biggest goal but I've plateaued in recent weeks and feel the need to mix it up. Right now I'm doing:

Wide-grip palms-away pullups: 3xF
T-Bar Rows: 4 x 6-10
Lat pulldowns: 3 x 8-12
Seated cable row: 3 x 8-12
One-armed dumbbell rows: 3 x 8-12

Looks good. Similar to what I do, but you need to have at least one lower back workout. Dont need to do something fancy like deadlifts ... maybe just some hyperextensions (back extensions).

You ever try BB Rows? Great exercise for adding mass to the back.

It you're mainly concerned about width I'd stick with the wide-grip pullups and pull-downs though.

yeah, i was doing BB rows for a while, decided to switch to T-Bar rows for my heavy barbell exercise.

i think i might experiment with drop sets and/or high reps.

If you're doing pull-ups you could also do more reps... negatives (jump up and then lower yourself down slowly)... or static holds.

Could also do seated cable rows with a wide grip instead of traditional close grip.

Horse meat sandwiches ...

Ok but on a serious note, most of the time 3 eggs always cooked in different ways so i dont get bored. Usually with a slice or two of whole wheat bread.

If Im low on time ... i just make a yogurt bowl with a bunch of plain yogurt, raw oatmeal on top and a bit of honey on top of that.

Ur on a cut? How many meals a day do you eat?

If ur cutting, the trick is to have many small meals. Instead of 3-4 big ones. That said ... maybe what you said is a small portion to you. 3 eggs and two slices of bread is enough for me. Id usually have a protein shake a few hours later.

I went to iHop today and started off with a salad, then made my way up to a T/B Steak, and finished up with 3 pancakes topped off with whipped cream and syrup. Damn, did it taste good.

High source of protein, I suppose. But I don't recommend it.

is it okay to backtrack air alert (15 week exercise) theres no way in hell my quads are strong enough to leap up 100 reps 4 times. sadly i can do the other exercises but i didnt strengthen the quads enough during the process becuase AA is very generic. should i go back a few weeks and do those or just do week 15?

i would like to know because week 15 starts today.

Cudes! Re: your "how do I work my outer thigh?" question....

If you do bodyweight squats then make sure your feet are close together when you squat down... this will work the outer thigh more... if you want to work the INNER thigh more then you spread your feet farther apart when you squat.

Try it out and see if that works for ya!
