yup it's the weight gainer. Been doing insanity religiously for a month and I dropped 7 pounds. Thing is I was at 140 to begin with but considering it's all cardio I guess that was expected, feel great but mad skinny lol...my cousin recommended quickmass but i'll check out muscle juice revolution...thanks fresh.

it works.
after all was said and done i ended up gaining a good 6 pounds from one tub. and my waist did not get bigger, it was all size in muscle mass.

i warn you though, 3 things:
1) it tastes like actual barf.... you will not be able to drink it without gagging. i am serious.
2) the recommended dosage is ridiculous... theres no way a human being can mix 3 scoops of this stuff and drink it in one sitting.
3) you have to work out HARD when on this stuff and eat like a champ if you want results.

i ended up doing 1 scoop in the morn, 1 at noon, the other before bed...
its not the recommended daily amount, but it did the trick. if you feel you realy want to gain mass, go for 2 scoops at a time... good luck though, its so heavy and shitty tasting you may not be able to keep that up.
plus its so concentrated, you will probably feel sleepy after ingesting.

thanks for the info man, appreciate it.

think I'm gonna go with Muscle Juice cause it sounds like it tastes better but it's good to know these things before I buy it online. Bodybuilding.com has 11 pound of Muscle Juice for $40, doesn't sound like a bad deal.

I stick with my private gym which is a 10 minute walk from my house.

8 - Treadmills
3 - Ellipticals
4 - Stationary bikes
4 - Leanback stationary bikes
3 - Stair-masters
1 - Rowing Machine
1 - Heavy Punching Bag
1 - Speed Punching Bag

3 - Bench press benches
2 - Power Racks
Metal Dumbbells ranging from 2 pounds to 150 pounds
Dead Lifting Station with Olympic style rubber weights.

Also, we have a ton of machines that you wouldn't see in your everyday gym. Oh ya, and there are no high school kids who like to get in groups and mess around. Everyone is quite serious here.

$24.99 a month.

What is your current weight and what is your goal weight? I'm at 170 right now but I hope to get up back to 185 by the end of this summer. The only thing is that at 170 I'm much faster when playing ball and I my cardio is awesome. I'm not sure if I want to make the move up to 185.

currently i'm at 5'10, 135 lbs...I was at 140 a month ago before Insanity. Trying to get a at 145 or 150 but with lean muscle. I think at 150 I can still be as a agile as I am now but stronger hopefully lol

Oh my gosh ... I started the 5 a.m. running again and it is HEAVEN! It is also painful, given that there has been no running since late last year, but it is wonderful. Going to give the running a month and then will try alternating between running and swimming. (And the husband and the baby and the keeping up with work. Yikes.)

won't notice any significant physical gains for 3-4 months. you will get stronger before that though.
